基于Internet的温州市社会救助信息平台的设计建设及其应用研究

【摘要】 信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的趋势。在Internet飞速发展的今天,利用迅速发展的信息技术和网络技术,已经成为人们快速获取、发布和传递信息的重要渠道,它在人们经济、生活等各个方面发挥着重要的作用。社会救助平台,是建立起协调各方救助资源、满足救助对象不同层次需求、高效规范运转的服务体系。在方案设计方面,给出了以B/S多层模式集成本系统各种应用的实现方案,该方案客户端只需安装一个标准的浏览器,就能保证用户界面友好,易于操作,而在服务器端,将各种应用软件的开发、应用集中于此,便于维护。在系统设计方面,首先介绍了系统的开发背景及功能需求,然后在此基础上提出了社会救助平台的设计目标、运行环境,最后确定了系统的功能划分、模块的的详细设计和数据库结构设计。在系统实现方面,详细说明了如何利用ASP.NET的一些重要技术(如利用ADO.NET访问Web数据库技术及数据绑定技术等)编制社会救助平台的思路,其内容主要有数据库及其数据处理设计、部分子模块功能的详细设计与分析,如用户登录、图片动态切换显示、通知公告、搜索查询、救助管理等方面。综上所述,本文研究的是一个具有实用价值的应用系统,该系统的成功应用进一步推动和促进“数字民政”信息化建设项目建设进程,也为进一步深入推进服务型政府及其可持续发展打下了坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information is the world’s economic and social trends. Today in the rapid development of Internet, using the rapid development of information technology and network technology have become quick access, distribute and transmit an important channel of information, it is in people’s economic, and other aspects of life play an important role. Platform for social assistance, is to build and coordinating all rescue resources to meet the needs of different levels of relief objects, efficient operation of the service system specification.In program design, given to B / S multi-mode integrated implementation of various applications of the system program, the program just to install a standard client browser, we can guarantee the user friendly interface, easy operation, while server-side, the variety of application software development, application focus of this, easy to maintain. In the system design, first introduced the background of the system development and function of demand, and then puts forward a design goal of social assistance platform, operating environment, and finally determine the function of the system partition, the module of the detailed design and database structure design .In the system implementation, the detailed description of how to use ASP.NET for a number of important technologies (such as access to Web database using ADO.NET and data binding technology, etc.) the preparation of social assistance platform ideas, the content database and its main data processing design, some of the detailed sub-module design and analysis functions, such as user login, pictures, dynamic switching display, informing notice, the search query, rescue management.
