传染病实验室分子分型监测数据传输和分析系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 现今社会生产生活方式迅速改变,全球化进程不断加深,世界各地区之间的人流物流也日益广泛和频繁,传染病的传播方式、传播形式也随着这种趋势发生了很大变化。开展基于传染病病原体的实验室监测可以在明确传染病传播途径、追溯传染来源、提供证据方面起到关键作用。传染病实验室监测是疾病预防控制机构的一项重要工作内容,也是传染病监测必不可少的组成部分。开展传染病实验室监测工作能够快速收集病原体信息,及时深入地分析和处理数据资源,真正地把数据资源转化为信息优势,有利于卫生行政部门和疾病预防控制机构在传染病控制工作中迅速做出合理的选择和科学的决策。本研究为传染病防治重大专项—“病原体网络化监测技术研究”的子项目,旨在探索将传染病实验室分子分型监测工作同计算机信息化技术结合,确定建立实验室分子分型监测数据的传输和分析系统的方法和途径,实现传染病实验室分子分型监测数据的及时传输和实时分析。研究内容包括:1、建立VPN安全网络传输系统,实现信息交换和共享的安全性和保密性;2、采用信息化技术设计和建立基于分子分型的实验室监测数据传输与分析系统。整个系统基于B/S结构,采用J2EE多层技术框架规范,使用MVC设计模式。该系统包括监测数据库、数据采集子系统、报表子系统、综合分析子系统、专业论坛子系统、系统管理子系统。实验室分子分型监测数据的传输和分析系统的运行环境中的WEB应用服务器采用Apache Tomcat,数据库选用Oracle 10g可以对基本信息、流病资料和分子分型结果的统一存储管理,实现传染病监测数据和流行病学资料的收集、存储、分析和信息共享交流。本研究设计和建立了传染病实验室分子分型监测数据传输和分析系统,该系统功能先进、界面友好、扩展性强。本系统的建立和应用增强了实验室监测数据的一致性,便于数据共享利用和信息交流;能够为业务工作人员搭建了技术交流和信息共享的平台,有利于标准实验室分子分型技术的广泛推广:保证了监测数据交流的及时性、准确性,提高了数据处理利用效率;结合信息技术和实验室分子分型技术,从传染病病原学角度全面开展传染病控制领域的分析与预警,分析传染源、环境、生物媒介等流行环节的关联关系,大大提高传染病突发事件监测、报告与管理的信息化水平,提高我国应对传染病突发事件的能力。

【Abstract】 With the deepening process of globalization, the world’s passenger and cargo flows between regions are increasingly widespread and frequent, transmission of infectious diseases has changed greatly. Laboratory-based surveillance can play a key role in tracking transmission of infectious diseases and providing solid evidence in the outbreak investigation. Laboratory-based surveillance of infectious diseases is an important task for CDC system, is also an integral part of infectious disease surveillance. By collecting pathogens’ information quickly and timely, laboratory data analysis will provide useful information to help health administrative departments to make reasonable decision.This study will aim on combining the molecular typing data of infectious disease laboratory surveillance with computer information technology to establish the molecular typing data transmission and analysis system of laboratory-based surveillance. The study includes:1) To establish VPN secure network transmission system; 2)To develop the program to complete the molecular typing data transmission and analysis system of laboratory-based surveillance. The system is based on B/S, multi-layer technology J2EE framework and MVC design pattern. The center database, the data acquisition subsystem, the reporting subsystem, the analysis subsystem, the forums subsystem and the management subsystem are included in the system. The system application environment is Tomcat, Oracle 10g is used for managing data of epidemiology and molecular typing. The molecular typing data transmission and analysis system of laboratory-based surveillance analysis system has advanced functions, friendly interface and expandability. The establishment and application of this system will,1) enhance laboratory surveillance data consistency, data sharing and information exchange; 2) help the professional staff to built a platform for information sharing,including the laboratotry data exchanging and technique discussion; 3) ensure timely exchange of surveillance data and improve the processing of data; 4) integrate the information technology and molecular typing techniques to greatly improve the monitoring, reporting and management of information and response to infectious disease outbreak.
