【摘要】 和谐校园是实现和谐社会的一个重要组成部分。在构建和谐校园的进程中,大学生是高校中的主体,也是构建和谐校园的中坚力量。但是,随着我国社会主义市场经济的深入发展,我国社会经济成分、利益表现形式、阶层构成日益多样化,人们思想活动的独立性、选择性、多变性和差异性日益增强。社会生活的演变给和谐校园的构建带来了新的挑战。当代大学生不再拘泥于传统的学生集体活动范围,群体生活出现了丰富性、多样性的特点。大学生往往根据自己的实际需要选择活动团体,并表现出很强的组织流动性,大学生非正式组织此时就“应运而生”了。因此,加强高校非正式组织的研究,尤其是学生非正式组织的研究,对和谐校园的构建具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文运用马克思主义分析法,并综合运用社会学、管理学、政治学等原理,首先阐述了和谐校园构建中高校非正式组织的研究目的,界定和谐社会与和谐校园的内涵及特征,以及高校非正式组织的现状及类型；其次,对高校非正式组织的内涵、现状、特点界定分析,指出高校非正式组织在和谐校园构建中的作用；再次,从五个方面指出了高校非正式组织在构建和谐校园中所面临的困境；最后,通过思想建设、文化建设、制度建设三个维度,论述了如何在和谐校园构建的大背景下打造高校非正式组织,使之成为和谐校园建设的重要力量,并对今后高校非正式组织的发展进行了展望。更多还原
