钢筋—沥青复合隔震层中沥青油膏隔震性能研究

【摘要】 地震是严重危及国民经济建设和人民生命财产安全的一种突发性、毁灭性的自然灾害。我国是一个多地震国家,地震区分布发震频繁,范围广,是世界上遭受地震灾害最严重的国家之一,这其中遭受毁坏程度最严重的又是农村房屋建筑。随着农村地区在国民经济中的地位越来越高,农村地区房屋建筑的抗震隔震就显得越来越重要。传统的抗震设计方法是通过增强结构构件的强度和变形能力来提高结构的抗震性能。随着科学研究的发展和科学试验的深入,各种控震、隔震的想法和做法应运而生。其中基础隔震技术的研究已经日趋成熟,在工程中也得到了广泛应用。但是其昂贵的造价和复杂的施工导致了这些技术不适宜在广大农村地区大规模推广使用。所以,本文针对适用于广大农村地区中、低层砌体结构房屋的钢筋-沥青复合隔震层,研究填充于隔震层中的沥青油膏对隔震性能的影响。本文首先介绍了基础隔震的基本原理,介绍了一种钢筋-沥青复合隔震层,并分析了这种隔震层的结构形式以及简化计算模型。其次,本文对填充于隔震层砖墩之间的沥青油膏混合物进行了循环单剪试验,得出了不同配比、不同竖向压力下的沥青油膏混合物的动剪模量、阻尼比和剪应变的关系。然后,以刚体质量块代替刚度较大的砌体建筑物,进行了填充沥青油膏和未填充沥青油膏的两种隔震层模型的振动台的地震模拟试验。结果表明,在不同加速度幅值地震波输入下,两种隔震层模型的质量块加速度都有明显的衰减。填充有沥青油膏的隔震层模型比未填充沥青油膏的隔震层模型具有更高的阻尼比,而且更能减小上部结构的加速度反应和位移反应。

【Abstract】 Earthquake is a devastating natural disaster, which endanger the national economy and people’s lives and property. Our country is a seismic country where earthquake frequently happens and where seismic area is widely distributed. And our country is one of the world’s worst earthquake disaster countries, where the most serious damage in rural area. With the rural areas in national economy becoming increasingly important, the seismic isolation has become even more significant.In traditional anti-seismic design the anti-seismic safety property of structure is ensured by way of raising the function of strength and strain of the structural members. With intensive development of scientific research and experiments all kinds of assumptions and methods of seismic reduction and seismic isolation have been proposed as the times require. Base Isolation Technology which has been matured in engineering applications is increasingly widespread. However, its high cost and complicated construction lead to unappropriate widely application of these technologies in the vast rural areas. Therefore, in response to a large number of low-rise masonry buildings in rural areas, this paper the paper proposes a new steel-asphalt isolation lay which has a low cost and uncomplicated construction.Firstly, this paper presents the basic principle of the base isolation, a new steel-asphalt isolation lay and simplified isolation lay model. Secondly, the cyclic simple shear test on asphalt filled between brick piers of the isolation lay is carried out. The result shows the relationship among dynamic shear modulus, damping ratio and shear strain of asphalt mixture under different proportion and vertical pressure. Then, using the rigid mass block in place of the low building which has a larger rigidity, the simulated test about two different kinds of isolation lay on shaking table is carried out. The result shows that the peak value of acceleration of the mass block of the two isolation lays both are obviously weakened when inputting different earthquake waves. The isolation lay filled with asphalt has a higher damping ratio than the other unfilled with asphalt. And the isolation lay filled with asphalt can reduce more acceleration and displacement reaction of the upper structure than the other.
