【摘要】 本文选取旅游总收入和旅游接待人数等统计指标,分析和对比了浙江省旅游经济区域间以及地市间的差异,三大区域中环杭州湾和浙东沿海发展水平都较高,浙西南地区则十分落后,而十一各地市之间发展水平根据分析得出排名,并将其划分为四个发展梯度,在时序分析方面,通过分析2000年至2009年这10年间浙江省旅游经济的数据统计资料,发现旅游经济的区域间绝对差异逐年增大,即三大旅游经济带和11个地级市之间的绝对差异逐年增大,而相对差异则呈现缓慢下降的趋势,波动较小。由于区域间旅游经济的基数差别较大,因而在短期内绝对差异仍然是扩大的态势,但旅游经济区域相对差异呈现出逐步缩小的趋势,表明浙江省区域旅游经济正向着较为全面协调的方向发展。针对这一特点和趋势,本文主要从四个方面探讨了浙江省旅游经济区域差异化发展的影响因素：一是旅游资源因素,旅游资源因素对区域旅游经济发展产生了基础性的影响,形成了最初的旅游经济发展空间格局,各地市旅游经济发展状况受其旅游资源品质的影响较大；第二是交通条件的影响,浙江省区域交通状况良好,交通因素已不是旅游发展的瓶颈,但新的交通线路的建成对改变区域旅游经济格局产生了重要的影响；第三是区域旅游经济背景的影响,对于民营经济发展活跃的浙江省来说,资本所带来的驱动作用帮助形成新的旅游增长热点；第四是旅游产业政策的影响,旅游产业政策的支持对于一个地区,尤其是欠发达十区的旅游经济产生重要的促进作用。浙江省强县扩权、下放权限的旅游管理政策,给了县域旅游业发展的活力,将有助于缩小旅游经济的区域差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the parameters of tourism total revenue and the number of the tourist, the author analyzed and compared the disparities among the different tourism economic belts and the cities, and concludes that among the three belts, the Circle Hangzhou Bay belt and the East Zhejiang Coastal belt are highly developed areas, but the Southwest Zhejiang Mountainous belt lag behind. Also, the level and ranking of the eleven cities were analyzed. In this paper, the author also analyzed the tourism economic statistics of Zhejiang province from 2000 to 2009, and discovered that the absolute disparities among the three tourism belt and cities had both extended, but the relative disparities had been narrowed. It is proved that the regional tourism economic disparities are shrinking.Based on these descriptions, details causes for the gaps have been analyzed. It includes factors of tourism resources, factors of traffic infrastructures, the regional economic background as well as factors of industrial policies. Firstly, tourism resources are the fundamental factors, and are the reasons for the initial structure of the regional tourism. The quality of the tourism resources have relatively closer connections with the tourism economy; Secondly, the overall traffic conditions of Zhejiang province are developing quickly in recent years and are not the main obstacles for tourism development, but newly-built traffic lines brought new changes to the spatial structure of the regional tourism economics; Thirdly, the prosperous regional economy, especially the private economy plays an important role in balancing the regional tourism economics, owing to the huge amount of capital which is invested to the less-developed areas. Finally, industrial policies are very supportive factors for the tourism development. Zhejiang government adopted "province directly governing county" policies, allowing the counties to have more autonomous privileges, which can also be helpful for balancing the regional tourism development.更多还原
