论我国社会转型期公民的政治冷漠

【摘要】 当前我国正处在社会全面转型时期,包括体制转型,社会结构变动和社会形态变迁。改革成为时代的最强音,改革的深入推进和政治现代化目标的实现,都需要公民的积极参与。政治参与是公民的基本政治权利,是民主政治发展的重要动力,也是政治合法性的重要来源和制约公共权力的重要途径,扩大公民政治参与是政治发展与政治现代化的重要目标。改革开放以来,我国公民的政治参与取得了重要进展,但由于诸多因素的制约,当前依旧存在着政治冷漠现象,严重阻碍了中国民主进程和政治发展。本文试图在梳理政治冷漠基本理论和分析我国当前政治冷漠现状的基础上,深入探究政治冷漠的深层原因,并提出相应的有针对性的可行性对策。本文由绪论、正文和结语组成,共分6章。第1章,绪论,对文章的选题意义、国内外研究现状、结构安排和写作目的做了简单的介绍。第2章,政治冷漠的基本理论概述。对政治冷漠的基本涵义、特点、分类和作用进行简单的分析。第3章,我国社会转型期公民政治冷漠的现状分析。总结当前我国社会转型期公民政治参与的总体状况,进而分析我国社会转型期公民政治冷漠的具体表现和主要特征。第4章,我国社会转型期公民政治冷漠的原因探析。以社会转型期为时代背景,从政治体制、经济发展、社会分化、教育文化、政治心理和公民主体因素等六个方面分析政治冷漠的深层缘由。第5章,我国社会转型期消解政治冷漠的现实路径分析。针对第4章的原因分析,探讨消解我国政治冷漠的现实路径,提出具体的对策。第6章,结语,简要概括了本文研究的主要内容,总结得出的结论,并对文章的不足之处做了说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, China is in social transition, including institutional restructuring, changes in social structure and social patterns. Reform is the most obvious characteristics of the times, the deepening of reform and political modernization to promote goals; we need the active participation of citizens. Political participation is the basic political rights of citizens, it is not only an important driving force of democratic development, but also an important source of political legitimacy and an important means of restricting public power, expanding political participation and political development and political modernization is an important goal. Since the reform and opening up, the political participation of our citizens have made important progress, but because many factors, there is still a current phenomenon of political apathy, a serious impediment to the democratic process and political development in China. This article tries to sort out the basic theory of political apathy of the current political situation in China based on the probe into the underlying causes of political apathy, and suggest the feasibility of targeted measures.This article formed by the introduction, body and conclusion, divided into six chapters.Chapter 1, Introduction, To introduce on the meaning of article topics, status, structure and purpose of doing and writing briefly.Chapter 2, an overview of the basic theory of political apathy. The basic meaning of political apathy, characteristics, classification, and the role of simple analysis.Chapter 3, Chinese social transition, the status of civil and political apathy. Summary of Current Social Transformation in the situation of civil and political participation, and then analysis of the social transformation of people’s political apathy and the main features of the specific performance.Chapter 4, the Chinese society in transition, the reasons for political apathy of citizens. Period of social transition, the background, from the political system, economic development, social differentiation, education, cultural, political psychology and six citizens of the main factors underlying cause of political apathy.Chapter 5, China’s social transition path digestion analysis of the realities of political apathy. Chapter 4 of the reasons for the analysis of the realities of political apathy digestion path our country and put forward concrete measures.Chapter 6, Conclusion, briefly summarizes the main contents of this paper summarizes the conclusions of the article and the shortcomings illustrated.更多还原
