教务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着教学体制的不断改革,尤其是学分制、选课制的开展和深入,教务管理工作日趋繁重、复杂。教务管理作为高校信息化建设的重要组成部分,涉及到校、系、师、生的诸多方面;但是当前高校已有的信息化方面的建设成果,因当时建设的时候没有从整体上考虑整个教务活动,导致出现信息化“孤岛”效应;本文针对当前教务管理系统的不足,从整个教学管理的各个方面出发。对教务管理系统进行了设计,本文的主要工作有:1、分析了当前主流的软件体系结构B/S结构的优点;另外通过对.NET开发平台的深入学习和讨论,为系统的开发提供了技术保障;2、在对教务管理进行详细的分析之后,本文给出了整个教务管理系统的管理框架;将整个系统分为五个功能管理模块:(1)、教师信息管理模块;(2)、学生信息管理模块;(3)、毕业设计管理模块;(4)、学生选课的管理模块;(5)、排课管理模块;然后针对每一模块都给出了详细的设计和实现方法;3、对于学生选课模块本文首先对其进行的数学建模,构建出选课模块的矩阵模型,通过矩阵算术的方法来计算出选课中可能存在的冲突;这种方法简单而且算法效率比较高;4、对于排课管理模块本文在前人对排课算法研究的基础上提出了基本的排课算法,并完成了相应算法的实现。为基于各种资源(教师、教室、班级、设备等)的排课算法提出了一种良好的解决问题的思路;
【Abstract】 With the further innovation of teaching management system, especially the further use of credit hour and elective system, the daily management of teaching is becoming more and more complicated. Daily management of teaching as an important part of the Management information system of school include many aspects;But the present daily management of teaching has some drawbacks in security and information standard: The material alone establishes, sharing difference;This system embarks from the drawbacks of the current daily management of teaching design a new system. Works in this thesis are mainly focused on the following aspects: First analyse the advantages of the current mainstream software architecture B/S model;Then discuss the .NET development platform;All of this can provide a technical support for the system we will develop;Second after analyseing the detailed information of the sysytem,we work out the whole educational management system framework;It includes the following models :(1).Teacher’s information management system;(2).Student’s information management system;(3).paper management information system;(4).Course-Selecting System;(5)The lesson arrange system;Thirdly,this paper gives mathematical modeling and builds a matirix model for student elective module,through this,thus solve the problem of the confilct in the elective course through the way of Matrix arithmetic.This algorithm is simple and more efficient .This method is simple and more efficient algorithm.Lastly,this paper puts forward a basic algorithm on the basis of previous research of the course scheduling algorithm,and design the implementation of he correspinding algorithm.And thus it gives an algorithm to solve the problem of Course Scheduling which based on a variety of resources(such as teachers, classrooms, classes, equipments, etc.)
