【摘要】 自奥林匹克运动产生之日起,奥林匹克精神就已蕴含其中。奥林匹克精神作为奥林匹克文化的核心内容,随着时代的不断发展,也在不断发生着变化。从古希腊时期到当今时代,在不同的历史时期,奥林匹克精神的内涵有着不同的理解,但其最本质的却是贯穿始终的,作为人类意识的产物,它始终是人类在挑战极限、战胜自我的良好写照,人类追求卓越的本质在奥林匹克精神方面得到了淋漓尽致的展现。奥林匹克精神具有丰富的内涵及教育价值,如今社会,青少年的人文素质教育已经进行的如火如荼,科学、道德、法律、文化等等各方面的素质都在大幅度的普及与提高,把奥林匹克精神融汇到青少年的人文素质教育中去,成为新时期的使然,对青少年的人文素质教育有重大的指导意义。教育是奥林匹克运动的出发点和归宿,对奥林匹克精神与青少年人文素质教育关系的研究,不仅可以丰富奥林匹克精神内涵,促进奥林匹克教育的多元化,还可为奥林匹克精神在全世界的广泛传播提供支持与参考。本文在已有研究的基础上,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等科学的研究方法,对奥林匹克精神的概念、古今奥林匹克精神的内涵、哲学基础、奥林匹克精神教育的理念及其内容进行的研究,还提出了奥林匹克精神的实质——追求卓越;奥林匹克精神教育的内容包括竞争伦理教育、关怀教育和国际教育三个方面。同时对人文素质教育进行研究,分析了我国青少年人文素质教育的现状,并找出了现存于人文素质教育中的危机,通过奥林匹克精神的教育作用来教导我国的青少年,把奥林匹克精神融会贯通到人文素质教育中去,对青少年人文素质教育有重大的指导意义。具体研究内容包括:第一部分主要是奥林匹克精神的概述,包括古今奥林匹克精神的内涵分析,提出了奥林匹克精神的本质即随着时代的不同,奥林匹克精神会发生变迁,但是自始至终一直贯穿于其中是其追求卓越的本质。奥林匹克精神的教育理念及其包括的内容:竞争伦理教育、关怀教育和国际教育。第二部分是有关人文素质教育的阐述,从人文与素质的角度入手,对各种人文素质教育的定义进行再分析,提出了现行的比较全面的一个定义,并对其构成的要素进行分析,从不同的角度阐述了人文素质教育的价值。分析现代青少年人文素质教育的现状,找出存在于其中的危机问题,寻找解决的途径。第三部分分析奥林匹克精神与青少年人文素质教育的契合之处,奥林匹克精神与青少年人文价值观教育的关系,还阐述了奥林匹克精神转化为人文素质教育的途径,为奥林匹克精神教育和青少年人文素质教育的深入研究提供了很好的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the date of the Olympic Movement, the Olympic spirit already contains one. Olympic spirit as the core of the Olympic culture, with the development of the times, are constantly changing. Olympic spirit is rich in content and educational value,Now the young people of Humanistic Education has been conducted in full swing, scientific, moral, legal, cultural, etc. are all aspects of the quality and popularity of the substantial improvement to the adolescent to integrate the Olympic spirit of quality education in the humanities to , a new period of inevitable and Humanities Education of young people have great significance. Education is the starting point of the Olympic movement and the end of the Olympic spirit and the relationship between young people of Humanistic Education, not only can enrich the connotation of the Olympic spirit, promote the diversification of Olympic education, but also for the wide dissemination of the Olympic spirit around the world provide support and reference.In this paper, based on existing research, the use of literature, expert interviews, the scientific research methods, the concept of the Olympic spirit, ancient and modern Olympic spirit and content, philosophy, the concept of the Olympic spirit and the content of the study also raised the real Olympic spirit - the pursuit of excellence; the Olympic spirit of competition include ethics education, care for the three aspects of education and international education. Olympic Spirit and include the contents of the educational philosophy: competitive ethics education, care education and international education.The second part is a description of the humanistic quality education, the quality of the Humanities and angles, on the definition of quality education in a variety of human re-analysis, the current more comprehensive definition and analysis of its constituent elements, from a different perspective of the humanistic value of quality education. Analysis of the Humanistic Education for the modern status of young people, to identify the existing crisis in which to find a solution.The third part of the Olympic spirit and youth fit of Humanistic Education Department, the Olympic spirit and humanistic values education and youth relations, also described the Olympic spirit into the way of quality education for the Humanities, Humanities and the Olympic spirit and the quality of youth depth study of education provide a good suggestion.更多还原
