大连电信MIS系统的开发应用

【摘要】 本论文研究了大连电信MIS系统的开发应用。作者一直在电信部门工作,从事过几乎所有电信岗位,更经历了电信多次重组、融合,对电信内部的管理有着深厚的了解和掌握,由此组织相关人员,自主研发了大连电信MIS系统。本文首先分析了电信业内管理需要,介绍阐述了电信业界管理信息系统建设的发展过程;然后介绍了其所在辽宁电信该方面的情况,说明了大连电信MIS系统的项目背景;最后详细介绍了大连电信MIS系统的功能模块及系统实现。大连电信MIS系统的研发和使用,主要是为了弥补辽宁电信MIS系统的不足,为网络发展部、市场经营部、维护中心及客户渠道提供高效的计算机管理手段,实现各部门协同工作,相互监督、相互促进。同时打破了固有的手工管理工程项目的繁琐,实现了多用户协同工作、多用户分角色管理项目、综合控制等一系列原有工作流所很难实现的工作。

【Abstract】 This thesis analyzes the development and application of Dalian Telecom MIS System. The author has been working in telecom all the time. Because of transfer among almost all kinds of positions and going through many times of reorganization of telecom, the author has mastered the inner management deeply. Therefore, the author has completed the R&D project of Dalian Telecom MIS by himself with related staff. This thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, the necessities of inner management of telecom are analyzed, as well as the review of the development history of MIS. The second part introduces the situation of Liaoning Telecom which it belongs to, especially the disadvantages. It is the background of Dalian Telecom MIS System. The third part details the function modules and systems of Dalian Telecom MIS System.Dalian Telecom MIS System is to make up the disadvantages of Liaoning Telecom MIS System, in order to provide high efficiency computer management system to Network Development Department, the Department of market operators, maintenance center and customer channels. Then various departments can work together to achieve mutual supervision, and promote each other. At the same time it can help to avoid the manual cumbersome nature of inherent project management, and many users can work together, as well as the multi-user-role management, integrated control and a series of work hard to achieve by the original flow of work.
