粉土路基压实控制与效果评价技术研究

【摘要】 粉土,在物理性质和工程性质方面既不同粘性土,也不同于砂土,在颗粒分布,压实机理和压实控制与效果评价等方面有其特点。由黄河冲积而成的河南粉土又具有其特点。其粉粒含量比较高,粒径比较均匀,粘土颗粒含量比较少,塑性指数低,毛细管作用活跃,水稳定性差,常规的压实方法和工艺难以压实。因此研究河南粉土物理性质和工程性质,经济合理的压实工艺和压实效果评价技术,对河南公路建设具有很强的指导意义。本文分析了河南粉土的物理性质和工程性质,研究了河南粉土的压实工艺,研究了河南粉土压实效果评价与检测技术。本文分析了河南粉土与山东荷泽粉土在粒度分布,最大干密度和最佳含水量,亲水性三个方面的区别,侧重于粒度分布。得到河南粉土独特的物理性质,提出了表征河南粉土压实特性的二个参数。本文在107国道改建工程郑州段一标和二标进行了压实工艺研究。得出一套符合当地土质的压实工艺,分析了土质对压实工艺的影响,提出河南粉土压实标准。本文对一标和二标的土进行CBR试验,得出双因素压实标准与CBR之间的关系,得到衡量压实效果的标准与检测方法,及双因素压实标准对施工的指导。

【Abstract】 Silt is not the same as clay and sand in the respect of physical and engineering properties.It has its own feature in particle size distribution, compaction principle, compaction craft, compaction control, evaluation of compaction effect. The henan silt alluviated by Yellow River has its own special feature. Its silt content is big, particle distribution is even, clay content is small, plastic index is low, capillary action is active, water stability is poor, it is hard to compact using ordinary compaction method and craft. So it is very constructive for road construction to study physical and engineering properties of henan silt, the technology of economical and reasonable compaction craft and compaction effect evaluation.This paper analyses the physical and engineering propertiesof Henan silt, studies the compaction craft of Henan silt, studies the technology of compaction effect evaluation and detection of Henan silt.This paper analyses three differences(particle size distribution, maximun dry density and the optimum water content, hydrophilicity)between Henan silt and silt in Heze Shandong, emphasis on particle size distribution. The unique physical property of Henan silt is obtained, two parameters are proposed to represent compaction property of Henan silt.The research of compaction craft of Henan silt is carried out in the first and second bid section in Zhengzhou part of 107 national road. A case of compation craft is obtained, suitable for local silt, the influence of silt variance in particle size on the compation is studied, the compaction standard of Henan silt is proposed.CBR test is conducted in the first and second bid section, the relationship between the two.parameter compation standard and CBR is obtained, the standard to evaluate compation effect and its detection method, the directive funtion that the two.parameter standard has on sugrad construction is also obtained.
