【摘要】 中小企业在增加就业岗位、推动自主创新等方面对国民经济和社会发展发挥着重要作用,但由于其规模小,资金有限,面对的市场波动较大,一般采购周期不稳定,采购批量小,得不到供应商的重视,导致其采购成本往往较高,占到了总成本的50%以上,这较大地影响了中小企业的市场竞争力,制约了其进一步发展壮大。本论文以产业集群中小企业为研究对象,结合其产业集群化的发展特点,提出构建一种适合产业集群中小企业开展的联合采购模式:基于B2B平台的联合JIT采购模式,并建模对其进行了分析,为我国产业集群中小企业改进和优化其采购方式以节约采购成本提供一种参考模式和方法。同时对推进我国电子商务与产业集群联动发展模式创新、产业集群开展电子商务应用具有一定借鉴意义。论文首先分析当前我国电子商务与产业集群联动发展的态势,结合相关实例从产业集群对电子商务的作用机理、电子商务对产业集群的作用机理两方面进行深入分析,得出了电子商务与产业集群联动机理和共生演化模式,为研究产业集群中小企业基于B2B平台的联合JIT采购模式奠定基础。其次,在分析我国电子商务与产业集群联动发展机理的基础上,通过充分利用中小企业产业集群化所带来的邻近优势,构建了一种适合产业集群中小企业实施的联合采购模式:基于B2B平台的联合JIT采购模式,分析了其框架结构与参与主体,设计了产业集群中小企业联合JIT采购的运作流程,并以浙江嘉兴茧丝绸中小企业基于“金蚕网”实施联合JIT采购的案例进行了介绍说明,并就联合JIT采购可能存在的实施障碍、运作风险及应对策略进行了分析。最后以产业集群中小企业为研究对象,建立独立采购、独立运储,联合采购、独立运储,集中运储联合采购等情形下的成本模型,得出了经济订货批量(EOQ)及中小企业实施联合采购的条件。通过重庆摩托车减速器配件中小企业实施集中运储联合采购的算例表明,中小企业实施集中运储联合采购能够有效节约采购成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small and medium enterprises play an important role in increasing employment opportunities, to promote independent innovation in terms of economic and social development. However, because of its small size, limited capital and in the face of volatile markets, the general instability in the procurement cycle, and always take a small batches of procurement, thus difficult obtaining attention from the suppliers, high cost of procurement and accounted for over 50% of the total cost of. This is a larger impact on the market competitiveness of SMEs and restricted its further development. By making use of the neighboring advantages from industrial clusters, this thesis builds a joint JIT procurement model suitable for SMEs in industrial clusters and take an analysis of its modeling and provide a reference model and methods for China’s industrial cluster of SMEs to improve and optimize their procurement methods in order to save cost of procurement. At the same time, has a certain reference value of promoting the joint development’s innovation and industrial clusters’ application in e-commerce.We first analyzes the status of linkage development of China’s e-commerce and industrial clusters. Combined with related examples, it analyzes the interaction of mechanism between industrial clusters act on e-commerce and e-commerce act on industrial clusters. It obtains a symbiosis evolution of the e-commerce and industry cluster,to lay the foundation for research a joint JIT procurement model suitable for SMEs in industrial clusters.At the base of research on mechanism of linkage development China’s e-commerce and industry cluster, by making use of the neighboring advantages from industrial clusters, this paper builds a joint JIT procurement model suitable for SMEs in industrial clusters, and analyzes the framework and main participants, proposes the operation processes of the joint JIT procurement and Jiaxing Silk SMEs, Zhejiang is analyzed as a case. Finally, obstacles and risks are analyzed during the processes of joint JIT procurement and address related solution.The end, industrial clusters of SMEs as the research object to build a joint procurement model based on independent transportation and storage centralized transportation and storage suitable for Medium-sized manufacturers in industrial clusters, and analyzes the EOQ and the conditions. Finally, Chongqing Motorcycle accessories reducer manufacturers, is analyzed as a case to demonstrate joint procurement based on centralized transportation and storage is effectively to save cost.更多还原
