生产单元的人机协同建模及其仿真研究

【摘要】 生产单元是根据产品或零件的工艺流程组织的一类新型制造系统,其将生产过程组织为协调高效的物流,因此可显著缩短制造周期、节约生产面积、避免库存积压、提高设备利用率。然而,生产单元在混流产品变化、生产批量变化、设备瓶颈变化方面表现出柔性不足、反应较慢,以及对生产异常情况的应付能力较差,一直是制约其应用的主要难题。由于生产单元自身的自治性、演化性、复杂性及人在生产单元中工作方式、任务流程和行为表现的不确定性和动态性,基于数学优化模型的传统机理分析法和实验统计法并不能解决此问题。计算机仿真所提供的动态、量化研究方法与组织、人因理论研究结合起来的生产系统人因仿真研究成果虽然重点考察了制造系统中人的因素的作用发挥,但对其作用机制和影响机理的量化研究还非常缺乏,尤其体现在理论模型的欠缺和研究方法的限制两个方面。为解决上述问题,本论文提出了生产单元人机协同模型及其仿真技术实现的研究。论文的主要内容包括:①提出了生产单元人机协同建模方法的原理,包括制造系统模型,工作者智能主体模型,制造团队的多主体组织模型,生产单元人机关系模型四个分模型,并在此基础上构建了基于人机集成接口的生产单元人机协同模型。②详细说明了生产单元人机协同模型的仿真实现方案,包括“三流一体”的制造系统模型构建方法,基于DLL技术的组织智能体模型构建方法,基于ADO技术的数据库连接方法及自适应人机界面。③以某摩托车企业发动机生产单元换线过程为研究背景,对提出实现原理和技术进行了可行性验证。结果表明,生产单元人机协同建模方法具有较好的可行性和可操作性,为生产单元研究提供了一种可行的方法。
【Abstract】 Production Cell is a new type of manufacturing system built on the basis of the process flows of products or parts, the production process of which is such an efficient and coordinated material flow that it can significantly shorten the manufacturing cycle, save the production area, limit the quantity of dead inventory and improve the machine utility. However, the Production Cell is behaving in a way of laking flexibility, slower reaction, and poor ability to abnormal conditions,, for example, in the condition of mixed products change, production lot sizes change and equipment bottleneck change , which has been a major problem restricting its application.Because of the production cell’s autonomy, evolution, complexity, and in it the uncertainty and dynamic of man’s work mode, task processes and behavioral, the traditional mechanism analysis and experimental statistical method based on mathematical optimization model can not solve those problems. The study of human factors simulation of manufacturing system, based on the computer simulation’s dynamic and quantitative research methods, organizations and human factors theories, focused on human’s factor in the production system. However, its quantitative research in the mechanism of action and the influence is very limited, which is particularly reflected in the lack of the oretical models and research methods. To solve the above problems, this paper proposed a research on modeling and simulation of man-machine collaboration in production cell. The main contents of the paper are as follows:Fisrtly, it proposed a basic principle of modeling and simulation of man-machine collaboration in production cell, including the manufacturing system model, worker agent model, manufacturing team multi-agent organization model and man-machine relation model of production cell. What’s more, a man-machine collaboration model in production cell was built, as is based on the man-machine integration interfaces.Secondly, it detailedly presented the simulation technologies to realize the man-machine collaboration model in production cell, which includes an "E-MLIF" method of the manufacturing system modeling, an organization agent modeling method based on the DLL technology, a database connection method based on the ADO technology and an adaptive man-machine interface technology.Finally, taking the changeover process of engine production line in a motorcycle enterprise as our research background, we verified the feasibility of the proposed principles and techniques. And the results showed that modeling and simulation of man-machine collaboration in production cell is feasible and operational in practice, which provides a new approach for production cell research.
