掉层结构设计中的若干问题研究

【摘要】 掉层结构是山地建筑结构中较为常见的一种结构形式,在山地城市中被大量应用。但是,目前掉层结构的特殊性还没有得到充分的认识,工程设计缺乏相关规范指导,理论研究滞后于工程实践的需要。本文在总结掉层结构特点的基础上,旨在探讨掉层结构设计中的若干特殊问题,为工程设计提供理论依据,为《山地建筑结构设计规程》的编订提供一定的理论基础。研究的主要内容包括:归纳掉层结构在工程设计中存在的问题;针对不同情况建立掉层结构的分析计算模型;探讨是否设置拉梁、所掉跨数与层数的不同对掉层结构的影响;检验现行规范竖向不规则控制指标对于掉层结构的适用性;分析刚度分布特征对掉层结构抗震性能的影响规律。通过本文的分析,得到以下主要结论:①掉层结构存在着大量有别于普通平地结构的特殊问题,若再按照普通结构进行设计,会导致计算模型与实际结构不符、薄弱层的位置转移、局部构件过早破坏等问题,使得结构设计不尽合理。②为准确地反映掉层结构的实际受力状态,结合实际情况针对不同的接地方式建立了不同的分析计算模型。③掉层结构一般均属严重的竖向不规则结构,但这种竖向不规则又有别于普通结构。经检验,现行规范中的竖向不规则控制指标——层刚度比和抗剪承载力比对于上接地层及掉层部分已经失效。④根据掉层结构不等高接地的特点,针对掉层结构提出了“层内刚度比”这个概念。⑤为了控制掉层结构的竖向不规则程度,本文给出了层刚度比控制指标的初步建议;在已控制层刚度比的前提下,用层内刚度比判定掉层结构薄弱层的位置,并给出了判定方法。

【Abstract】 The structure supported by foundations with different locationgs (SSFDL in the paper below) is a popular structure in the hillside architecture which has the different ground planes based on the hillside slope. This structure has the advantages such as Environment-holding of the hillside, Maximal-using the city space and to be the features for the hillside-city. Thus, it is more and more poplar for the architecture designer. However, there is no systematic study on the SWDHF, and not too much literatures and code on the SSFDL design, which means the theoretic study is obviously late for the requirement of engineering practice.In this paper, I’d like to summarize the characteristics of the SSFDL, and on the other hand base on the summary above, discuss how to make the problem-solving of the Special problems of the SSFDL design. The both works above, are using for provide theoretical data of the Civil Engineering Design and to be the part of theoretical basis for the <code for design of the hillside architecture>’s compile work in future.The study includes: firstly summarize the problems of the Structure with different height foundation design; secondly modeling for the differents of the SSFDL; thirdly discuss the effect of both pull beam and different numbers of spans and stories supported by lower foundation for the SSFDL; fourthly test the applicability of the existing code of the irregular vertical index for SSFDL; finnaly, analyze the regularity effect of the Stiffness Distribution for the SSFDL’s seismic capacity.Through the analysis, this paper concludes that:①Compares to the conventional structure, the SSFDL has the large number special problems in the design work. If designed as conventional structure date, the potential safety problems might existing such as computational model not in accordance with actual structure, transfer of weak story and premature failure of local components.②In order to response the actual mechanical behavior of structure with different height foundation, different calculation models should be established according to the earthing methods; special earthling method greatly influences the earthquake resistant behavior of structure with different height foundation.③The SSFDL belongs to the vertical irregular structure; however, compare to the conventional structure it has some differences. The vertical irregular control parameters of current specifications are failed to the part of the SSFDL which affected to the earthing method.④According to the characteristic of unequal height earthing, the concept of interstory rigidity ratio is proposed for structure with different height foundation.⑤In order to control the vertical irregular of structure with different height foundation, control indicators of storey-rigidity ratio and preliminary suggestions are presented; on the basis of this, the suggestion of the limit of interstory rigidity ratio is proposed for checking and controlling of the weak story.
