【摘要】 从2001年我国加入世界贸易组织至今,中国金融服务业与外资金融机构进行着激烈的竞争。金融业关乎着一国经济命脉关,涉及国民经济安全,特别是美国次贷危机引发的全球金融海啸,更加引起各国对于金融服务行业的高度重视。中国金融服务业起步晚,尤其是入世后受到外资机构强有力的冲击,我国金融安全和金融实力日益成为关注的焦点。目前,我国金融服务贸易竞争力如何,在全球金融市场中遭遇的冲击程度如何,采用何种应对方式,这是本文研究的主要目的。本文归纳了中外学者对金融服务贸易竞争力的理论研究,介绍了两个主要的理论,比较优势理论和波特国家竞争优势理论,并总结了国内学者的研究成果,随后选取波特的“钻石模型”作为全文分析的理论基础。在实证研究部分,结合显性比较优势指数(RCA)、贸易竞争优势指数(TC)和国际市场占有率指数定量分析我国目前金融服务贸易的现状和竞争力。在影响因素分析部分,本文选择了金融服务业中具有代表性的的银行业为例,从“钻石模型”的六个方面出发,采用历年金融统计数据逐项研究其竞争力的影响因素,并且找出存在的问题。通过对指标的定量分析和对现状的定性研究,得出我国在世界金融服务贸易中处于劣势,竞争力不强的结论,并根据“钻石模型”的六个方面提出了政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 When China entered the WTO in 2001 till now China has opened the financial market in all dimensions, Chinese financial service industry has suffered fierce competition with foreign financial institutions. Financial sector has become the core of modern economy and played a vital role in the national economy. Every country pays great attention to financial sector especially after the global financial tsunami.China financial services industry began late and encountered fierce competition and risks in financial security. Therefore it becomes important to research the following subjects such as the impact of the open global financial market on China, the present situation of China financial services industry‘s competitiveness against foreign counterpart and the policies should be taken in order to face the risks posed to domestic financial services industry.This paper reviews financial service competitiveness theories proposed by foreign and domestic scholars. Between the relative advantage theory and Porter’s nation competitiveness advantage theory, the writer choose Prof. Porter’s diamond model to analyze the development of China financial service trade. By using the RCA and the TC index together with the market share rate, the paper analyzes the main factors that will impact China financial service trade according to the six aspects of the diamond model by taking banking industry as an example.According to the index quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of current situation, this paper concludes that China financial service trade is in inferior condition in comparison with western countries. At last, the paper proposes several advices to enhance the competitiveness from six aspects of diamond model, that is, factor condition, demand condition, supporting industry, corporation strategy, government and opportunities.更多还原
