通信网管接口适配层设计与实现

Design and Implementation the Interface Adapter Layer for the Telecom Management System

【摘要】 通信技术的快速发展,通信网络规模的愈加庞大,结构的愈加复杂,给网络的运行维护造成了许多困难,增加了网络运维的工作量和网络运行中发现故障、确定故障以及处理故障难度,影响了网络恢复的时间。因此非常有必要引入综合网络管理系统,以对整个网络进行统一维护和统一管理。电信管理网(Telecommunication Management Network,TMN)作为当前的一种主要网管技术,为综合网管的建设提供了很好的思路,但它对于如何构造管理系统以及管理系统之间如何实现互操作,并未深入研究。接口问题已经成为开发传输综合网管时遇到的最大难题。为了保证通信网管接口满足开放的通信协议、通用的信息、信息的完备性以及接口的稳定性和可扩展性等要求,在设计实现时,将通信网管接口程序分为三个模块:通信协议栈、网管操作协议和管理信息模型。接口程序要实现的功能是将从设备网管系统采集的告警、配置等数据传递给综合网管系统进行处理和分析,从而达到综合网管对多厂家设备网管的统一监控和集中管理的目的。针对武汉日电的设备网管系统,其北向接口的设计与实现是基于JVI(Java/VERSANT Interface)实现对VERSANT数据库的查询访问,并通过Socket接口接收外部连接提交的字符串指令,由指令解析服务处理指令并访问数据库和返回编码后查询结果。在保证其能够提供上层综合网管所需的告警、配置等相关数据的基础上,设计实现综合网管系统的南向接口程序,获取告警、配置等相关数据并将其转换成综合网管能够识别的数据格式。

【Abstract】 The rapid development of communication tecnology, the increasingly large scale communication network, and the more complex structure, causes the network operation and maintenance a number of difficulties, increases the workload of network operation and maintenance, as well as the difficulty to found, identify and handle the fault of the network, influenced the network recovery time.Therefore, it’s necessary to introduce the integrated network management system to centralized maintain and manage the entire network. TMN(Telecommunications Management Network) as the main network management technology, provided a good idea for the building of the integrated management, but it does not in-depth study how to construct the management system and meet the interoperability between different management systems. Interface has become the biggest problem when develop the integrated network management system.In order to make the interface of the network management system satisfy the open communication portocol,common and the completeness of the information, as well as the stability and scalability requirements, the interface program is devided into three modules: communication protocol stack, network management protocol and the information management model. The interface program of integrated network management system should obtain the alarm, devices and configuration data from the equipment management system and then pass it to the integrated network system for processing and analysis, so as to achieve the integrated monitoring and centralized management of equipment network systems of different manufactures.For the equipment network management system of NEC, the design and implementation of the northbond interface was based on the JVI (Java / VERSANT Interface) to achieve the the VERSANT database access and query, and received the external command string through the SOCKET listener program, then the command processing service analysised the external command and return the correct query results. On this basis, design and implement the southbound interface program for the integrated network management system, to get the alarm and configuration related data, and then converts it to the format that the integrated network system can identify.
