【摘要】 基于仿真的采办(Simulation Based Acquisition,SBA)也称虚拟采办,是近年来逐步得到美国国防部和国防工业界认可的一种新的采办理念。对比于传统的采办过程,它借助现代仿真技术,具有并行的、螺旋式的采办特点,能大幅度提高武器系统质量、缩短采办周期、确保性能,并大大降低采办成本。我国关于SBA的研究起步较晚,目前的研究工作主要集中在对国外技术与理念的理解、从系统的角度分析并建立适合我国国情的SBA体系两方面,为今后技术上的实现奠定基础。虚拟采办系统是采办中各种系统、工具、管理及仿真平台等的集成,可以服务于武器系统采办工作的并行开展,具有好的应用前景和研究价值。本文结合面向服务的思想,从虚拟采办系统技术实现的角度,探讨了面向服务的虚拟采办系统中信息交互与协同的问题,分析了采办中信息的多域多维多尺度特性。由于可扩展标记语言XML(eXtensible Markup Language)灵活的数据存储格式、良好的可扩展性和移植性、高度结构化、便于网络传输以及良好的自描述性等特点,可采用XML作为信息协同的数据交换方式。本文在对SBA中的信息复杂性和信息交互需求进行分析的基础上,总结出了信息协同的不同层次,建立了虚拟采办系统中信息协同与协同服务机制。探讨了协同服务平台框架体系的搭建,并设计了基于XML的信息协同模型,实现了服务机制的部分功能。本文的研究,尤其是对面向服务的虚拟采办系统中信息协同服务的实现、基于服务机制的信息协同模型的设计,为SBA功能的全面实现打下了坚实基础。同时也发现了研究中的不足以及需要进一步研究的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Simulation Based Acquisition (SBA) is a new procurement concept which was gradually recognized by the U.S. Department of Defense and Defense industry in recent years. Compared with traditional procurement process, SBA is a parallel and rising spiral process, so it will greatly improve the quality of weapon systems, shorten the procurement cycle, ensure the performance of weapon systems and reduce procurement costs significantly. Because of our country’s late start of the SBA Research, the current study focused on the understanding of foreign technology and concepts, establish and analyze the architecture of SBA system from the system perspective. These researches lay a solid foundation for the realization of SBA.SBA is an integration of various acquisition systems, tools, management and simulation platforms, and it can service the parallel procurement process, so it has good prospects and research value. In this paper, combinating service oriented software technologies, we discussed Information collaboration and services in service oriented SBA system from the view of realization. After considering characteristics of flexible data storage format, good scalability and portability, highly structured, good self-description and ease of network transmission about XML, this paper choose XML as the uniform data format in information coordination. This paper , on the basis of analysis of information complexity and information exchange requirements in SBA, summed up the different levels of information coordination, studied information service coordination and collaboration mechanism. finally, the thesis explored the framework of the information collaborative service platform, designed XML based information collaboration model and realized part of the service mechanism.This study, focused on the realization of information collaborative service and design of service based collaborative model of information in SBA system, lay a solid foundation for the full realization of SBA system.
