肌电信号采集与分析系统的研制

【摘要】 肌电信号是一种复杂的生物医学信号,是肌肉收缩时产生的电活动,不仅与肌肉本身的生理特性有关,也与神经控制系统有关。因此,肌电信号的研究分析已成为临床诊断、康复工程、神经生理学和生物力学等诸多领域的研究热点。本论文以国家自然科学基金项目为背景,在阐述肌电信号产生机理和噪声来源的基础上,研究了肌电信号的获取和处理方法以及肌电信号时、频域指标在康复评价领域的应用。本文设计的肌电信号采集分析系统主要包括硬件电路和软件设计两大部分,其中硬件电路主要由肌电电极、信号调理、USB-4716数据采集卡三部分组成;系统软件采用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW编程,完成肌电信号实时采集、滤波处理、时频域分析、数据存储与回放以及波形打印等功能。本文还利用肌电信号的时、频域指标对肌肉的力—电关系、疲劳性和协调性进行了实验研究,其中使用广义似然比检测法实现对肌肉运动起始时刻的判断。力—电关系实验主要研究负荷变化与肌电信号时、频域指标之间的对应关系,实验结果显示肌电信号的积分肌电值、均方根值等时域指标基本上都随着负荷的增加而线性增加,平均功率频率和中位频率等频域指标则呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势;疲劳和协调实验主要研究肌肉疲劳与肌电信号的频域指标及肌肉间协调性的关系,实验结果显示,在肌肉发生疲劳的过程中,平均功率频率和中位频率都呈下降的变化趋势,同时肌肉间的协调性也会发生变化。
【Abstract】 Electromyography is a biomedicial signal from the electric activity during the muscle contraction,which is related with the physiological character of the muscle and the neural control system.Therefore,the analysis of electromyography signal has been very significant in many fields,such as clinical diagnosis,rehabilitation engineering,neurophysiology and biomechanics,etc.This thesis is in part supported by National Natural Science Foundation Project.Firstly,the mechanism of electromyography signal and its interference are described.Secondly,the acquisition and process of electromyography signal are presented.Thirdly,the application of the time-domain and frequency-domain indices of electromyography signal are explored in the rehabilitation evaluation.The acquisition and analysis system of electromyography signal mainly includes hardware system and its software.The hardware system consists of the electromyographic electrode and signal conditioning circuit connected with a USB-4716 data acquisition card.In the software programming,LabVIEW is used to provide the interface to achieve the real-time acquisition and filtering,feature extraction,data storage and waveform print. In the thesis,the relation between the muscle force and the electromyography signal has been studied based on an experiment.Meanwhile,the muscle fatigue and the coordination between the agonist and antagonist muscles have been explored using the time-domain and frequency-domain indices of electromyography signal.Furthermore,the generalized likelihood ratio (GLR) test is used to detect the onset of muscle contraction.The experiment on the muscle force focused on the relationship between the force and the time-domain indices of electromyography signal.The experiment result shows that the integrated electromyogram and root mean square of electromyography signal increase linearly with force.The mean power frequency and median frequency decrease followed by an increase due to a increased force.The experiment on the muscle fatigue mainly studies the relationship between the muscle fatigue and the frequency-domain indices of electromyography signal,while the experiment on the muscle coordination is mainly about the coordination between the agonist and antagonist.The experimental result indicates that the mean power frequency and median frequency decrease and the muscle coordination changes during muscle fatigue.
