基于Red-X统计方法的A车型转向振动异响诊断

【摘要】 A车型是上海通用汽车有限公司的主打车型,备受用户的青睐。但是该车型的转向振动异响问题一直得不到明显改善,影响了该车型的年度客户满意度调查成绩。本课题主要通过运用Red-X统计方法,结合质量问题解决中的实践工作,系统地分析了导致A车型转向振动异响的影响因素,快速地找到了导致该问题的根本原因,并采取相应的改进措施,有效地降低了售后保修成本,提高了客户对该产品的满意度。本课题运用Red-X统计方法中的问题定义、策略分析、测量系统分析、元件查找、分组对比、B对C验证等技术,并结合油液传播特性试验,对A车型转向系统的零部件进行了统计分析。最终聚焦到了主要影响因素(Red-X):转向冷却油管的橡胶管,并提出改进方案,为新车型NVH前期改进提供了参考。

【Abstract】 A type of vehicle is main one of vehicles in Shanghai General Motors (SGM), and it is customers’favor. Recently, the customers’satisfaction of A type of vehicle is falling, because the after service shops can not cover the steering shudder noise of A type of vehicle. This thesis analyzes the causes of steering shudder noise of A type of vehicle by Red-X Statistical Method and quality work experience. As the root cause found by Red-X Statistical Method quickly, we make the countermeasures on it. Not only cut down the maintenance costs, but also satisfy the customers.This thesis analyzes the components of steering system of A type of vehicle with Red-X Statistical Method and measurements from fluid-borne test. Especially, problem definition, strategy analysis, measurement system analysis, component search, group comparison and B vs. C test. Finally, we focus on the rubber hose of cooler line & hose assembly as the Red-X, and make improvements. This project is a good reference for early NVH improvement of new vehicles.
