【摘要】 思想政治教育是以人的活动为前提的,是建构在“人”的基础之上,以促进“人”的价值的提升和人性的完善为中心和目的的社会实践活动。而人的思想和行为的形成、变化、发展从根本上又是由人性来规定和制约的,因此,以促进人的全面发展为根本目标的思想政治教育必然受到人性的规定和制约。所以,建立在对人性的认识和理解基础上的思想政治教育人性化不仅可以使思想政治教育“目中有人”,肩负起培养真正的“人”的艰巨任务,而且是改变当前思想政治教育实效性不佳的必然要求。思想政治教育人性化研究可谓是一个庞大的体系,而高中思想政治教育是整个思想政治教育的重要组成部分,高中思想政治教育的实效性直接关系到整个思想政治教育的实效性,所以本文在对思想政治教育人性化相关内容进行研究的基础上,主要以高中思想政治教育为例,来探讨高中思想政治教育人性化的相关问题,以期提高高中思想政治教育的实效性。全文共由四个部分组成：第一部分：全面分析了中西方古代思想家的人性思想以及马克思主义关于人性的思想理论,深入揭示马克思人性思想理论的科学内涵,为思想政治教育人性化的实施提供切实的理论依据；并在此基础上探究归纳了思想政治教育人性化的内涵。笔者认为思想政治教育人性化主要包括两方面的内涵。第二部分：追踪探究了思想政治教育人性化的历史渊源。中西方古代、近代的许多教育家、思想家都有很丰富的道德教育人性化思想,对他们的思想进行学习、研究,汲取他们思想中有益的精华,对于我们今天思想政治教育人性化的实施有很好的吸收借鉴作用。第三部分：详细阐述了现阶段高中思想政治教育人性化缺失的现状。以高中思想政治教育为例,全面分析了高中思想政治教育人性化缺失现象,以及由此导致的学生对于思想政治教育的种种“误解”,并指出高中思想政治教育人性化缺失是高中思想政治教育实效性不强的重要原因。第四部分：深入探索了高中思想政治教育人性化的实施路径。在以上所有分析的基础上,笔者结合自己的中学教学经验,提出了高中思想政治教育人性化的实施路径。这也是本文的重点内容,主要包括树立以学生为本的高中思想政治教育新理念,坚持个人价值和社会价值有机统一全面发展的高中思想政治教育新价值观,坚持满足学生各种正当合理的需求,实现高中思想政治教育人性化的新动力,等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political education is the premise of human activity, is constructed on the basis of", in order to promote the value of "people" and human ascension for center of purpose and perfect social practice activity. But people’s thoughts and behavior of the formation, development and change fundamentally is restricted by the humanity to provisions and, therefore, to promote the all-round development of man is the ultimate goal of ideological and political education inevitably restricted by nature and provisions. Therefore, based on human cognition and understanding of ideological and political education on the basis of the humanization of ideological and political education can not only make someone "eye", shoulder the cultivation of the real "people", and the task of ideological and political education is the inevitable requirement of effectiveness. Ideological and political education is a huge humanized research, and the system of the ideological and political education is the school of ideological and political education is an important part of the ideological and political education of high school directly relates to the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, so the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of humanized related content, on the basis of the study of ideological and political education mainly high school as an example, the ideological and political education to discuss issues related to the humanized, in order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the school.This thesis is made up of four parts altogether:Part 1:The ancient thinkers and comprehensive analysis of human thought and marxist ideological theory of human nature, Marx reveals the scientific connotation of the theory of ideological and political education for the implementation of the humanization theory provides a feasible, And on the basis of ideological and political education into summarizes the connotation of humanization. The author thinks the ideological and political education humanized mainly includes two aspects of content.Part 2:Tracking of ideological and political education to explore the history of the human. Many of the ancient and modern western educator and thinker are very abundant moral education of thoughts and humanization of their study, research, absorbing the essence of their thoughts, for our good ideological and political education of humanized today has very good reference to absorb.Part 3:Expounded the present ideological and political education school lack of humanity. The ideological and political education in high school as an example, the comprehensive analysis of ideological and political education school and humanized hiatus phenomenon caused by the ideological and political education for the students of various "misunderstanding", and points out that the ideological and political education humanized high school education is strong ideological and political quality of the important reasons.Part 4:Exploring the ideological and political education of high school humanized implementation. All the above analysis, and on the basis of the author’s teaching experience and his school deeply investigation and study, puts forward the ideological and political education of high school humanized implementation.
