【摘要】 近年来,随着Internet的发展与普及,国内大多数院校已初步建成自己的校园网,利用先进的web技术,以校园网为依托,结合校、院、系科的大量硬件,使得高校的网络已初见成效。这也为高校内推广学生工作管理系统创造了良好的硬件和软件平台。本文从连云港师范高等专科学校学生工作的实际情况出发,首先研究了目前国内高校学生管理的现状和学生工作管理系统的现状,结合国外的技术与背景的分析。分析讨论了构建学生工作管理信息系统的必要性和意义,给出了设计的原则和要点。在对课题背景、国内现状进行研究的基础上,对开发系统的基本技术与关键技术进行了研究与选择,并把这些研究运用到系统的设计研制中,采用多层体系结构,并运用当前最流行的技术来进行系统的开发。通过对学生信息管理系统的开发过程的详细介绍,给出学生信息管理系统的比较详细的需求分析,讨论了在基于web的软件开发技术,对系统的结构设计和数据库设计做了简单扼要的解释,最后对系统的进行了实现和测试。本文重点的论述主要在三个方面：一是高校学生工作管理系统研究的论证准备,二是作者结合连云港师范高等专科学校的实际情况所进行新型高校学生工作管理系统的详细的需求分析,三是系统的结构和数据库设计以及实现。通过本系统可以建立校园网内的信息发布平台,实现学生信息的电子化管理和无纸化文档管理,使各类信息得到有序存储,进行方便的查询和管理,从而全面有效地提高高校的学生管理工作的效率和效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development and popularization of the Internet, campus-network has been established in most of the colleges and universities in China. Using the advanced web technology, based on the campus-network, combining a large quantity of hardware of the university, college and development, the network has achieved its preliminary success, which has established an good platform of hardware and software for the popularization of the administrative work with relation to students.Based on the real situation of the students administrative work of Lianyungang Teachers College, the paper first focuses on the present student administrative work and student administrative system in colleges and universities in China. Then, with the analysis on the foreign technology and background, the paper discusses the necessity and significance of constructing the student administrative informational system and presents the principles and main points of the design. On the basis of researching the background and present domestic situation of the study, the paper makes a study and choice among the basic technology and key technology for developing the system and applies the study to the design of the system, adopting multi-level systematical structure and developing the system with the most popular technology. By the introduction of the process of developing the student administrative informational system, the paper puts forward a detailed analysis on the demand of the student administrative informational system, discusses the technology of developing the software on basis of web, simply and briefly interprets the design of systematical structure and data base, and finally explains the design of parts of the functional pages of the system in details.The paper main focuses on the following three aspects:the argumentation preparation for the study on student administrative system in colleges and universities, the detailed analysis on the demand of the new-style student administrative informational system combing the real situation of Lianyungang Teachers College and the design and realization of the systematical structure and data base. The system can be severed as campus network information publishing platform, to achieve student information management and paperless electronic document management, so that all information can be orderly storage for easy tracking and management, which fully and effectively enhance the university student management efficiency and effectiveness.更多还原
