【摘要】 在目前的企业信息化建设中,ERP系统和OA系统扮演着重要角色。ERP将企业内部所有资源整合在一起,对采购、生产、成本、库存、分销、财务等进行规划,从而达到最佳资源组合,以取得最佳效益。ERP现在已经成为企业管理信息系统的代名词。办公自动化系统(OA, office automation)包括很多应用,如文档传递、事务安排、资料管理、信息发布等,是一个集各种资源的录入、处理、存储、查询、统计为一体的管理信息系统。OA系统只有和企业业务数据集成到一起,才能实现完全意义上的企业内部信息化。OA系统具有强大的工作流技术,它的信息多为上下文关联的文档信息。而ERP系统属于相对专业的数据信息。结合两者的优势使企业的信息实现集成,能被所有需要信息的管理者及时、有效共享,支持企业的运作管理,使企业在激烈的竞争中处于有利地位,这具有重要的现实意义。本文结合某大型国有企业ERP项目与OA系统连接系统的设计和开发,首先分析了系统需求,给出了系统的总体设计思想；其次,提出并具体阐述了利用OA系统中的工作流技术来实现整个过程的方案和技术,以及如何让具有权限的工作流管理员实现在系统中自定义工作流程,并在整个流程中让文档、信息或任务按一定的过程规则在参与者之间进行传递的具体方法等；文章的最后详细介绍了应用工作流方法处理的采购合同会签子系统的设计与实现以及实施效果和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Office Automation (OA) play an important role in the current development of enterprise informatization. ERP systems can integrate all the internal resources with each other, and plan tasks such as procurement, production, cost, inventory, distribution, financial planning, so as to achieve the best combination of resources and produce the optimized outcomes. It has become a synonym for management information systems.OA systems include many applications, such as file transfer, service arrangements, data management, information dissemination, and is a collection of actitivies such as input, processing, storage, query and statistics relevant to all kinds of resources for integrated management information systems. It is necessary to integrate the data in OA system with business data to achieve the complete informatization of enterprise. OA system has powerful work flow technology with contextual document information, while ERP system has relatively professional business data. It is of great realistic significance to combine their strengths to achieve enterprise information integration, so that the information managers can timely effectively share information, and support the operation and management of enterprises and thus the enterprises will stand in a good position in the fierce competition.In this paper, situated in the system design and development of a large state-owned enterprise ERP project and OA system, firstly, the system requirement is analyzed and the overall design of the system is introduced. Secondly, the scheme and technology addressing the use of the work flow technology of the OA system to achieve the whole processing are proposed. The workflow definition methods for the authorized administrators and the ways of documents, information and tasks transmission among system participants according to certain rules in the whole workflow process are also introduced; thirdly, this paper described in detail the design and implementation of a subsystem, the countersigning of the procurement contracts, by using workflow technology. Finally, the application effect of the system and the future work are discussed.更多还原
