STAT2和STAT3在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中的表达及其意义的初步研究

【摘要】 目的检测STAT2和STAT3在正常宫颈粘膜,宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌中的表达,探讨它们的表达与宫颈癌发生发展的关系,以及它们之间的关联。方法应用免疫组化中的SP法(Streptavidin Perdcidase)检测经病理证实的34例正常宫颈粘膜(正常组),74例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织(CIN组),28例宫颈癌(癌组)中STAT2和STAT3的表达。结果1.STAT2在CINⅠ组,CINⅡ组,CINⅢ组的阳性表达率逐渐降低,分别为27.3%,22.2%,8.7%,方差分析提示多组间差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。STAT2在正常组,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组和癌组中的阳性表达率逐渐降低,分别为47.1%,20.2%,10.7%,方差分析提示多组间差异有统计学意义p<0.05)。STAT2阳性表达率在正常组显著高于CIN组(x2=8.169,p<0.05)和癌组(x2=9.543,p<0.05)。2.STAT3在CINⅠ组,CINⅡ组,CINⅢ组的阳性表达率逐渐增高,分别为51.5%,66.7%,91.3%,方差分析提示多组间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。STAT3阳性表达率在CINⅢ组显著高于与CINⅠ组(x2=9.838,p<0.05)。STAT3在正常组,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组和宫颈癌组,粘膜组织的阳性表达率逐渐增高,分别为41.2%,67.6%,92.9%,方差分析提示多组间差异有统计学意义(x2=18.463,p<0.001)。STAT3阳性表达率在宫颈癌组显著高于正常组(x2=17.914,p<0.05)和CIN组(x2=6.840,p<0.05);CIN组显著高于正常组(x2=6.721,p<0.05)。3.宫颈癌中STAT2与STAT3的表达无相关性(r=0.096,P=0.627)。结论1.STAT2和STAT3在正常宫颈粘膜,宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌中均有表达,STAT2与宫颈癌的发生有关,STAT3与宫颈癌的发生及发展有关。2.STAT2和STAT3在宫颈发生癌变过程中没有相关性。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the expressions of STAT2 and STAT3 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) and its significance.MethodesPathological verified,28 CSCC,34 normal cervix (NC)and 74 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) were detected for the expression of STAT2 and STAT3 by immuno-histochemical SP(Streptavidin Perdcidase) method.Results1.The positive expression rates of STAT2 were 27.3%,22.2%,8.7% in CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ, respectively. There was not significantly difference between the different groups (p>0.05). The positive expression rates of STAT2 were 47.1%,20.2%,10.7% in NC,CIN, CSCC, respectively. The positive expression rate of STAT2 in different groups was significantly different (p<0.05). The expression of STAT2 was significantly lower in NC than in CIN and CSCC (p<0.05)2. The positive expression rates of STAT3 were 51.5%,66.7%, 91.3% in CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ, respectively. There was significantly difference between the different groups (p<0.05). STAT2 expression was significantly higher in CINⅢthan in CINⅠ(p<0.05). The positive expression rates of STAT3 were 51.5%,66.7%,91.3% in NC,CIN, CSCC, respectively. There was significantly difference between the different groups (p<0.05).The expression of STAT2 was significantly higher in CSCC than in NC and CIN (p<0.05); higher in CIN than in NC.3. There was no correlation between the expression of STAT2 and STAT3 in CSCC (r=0.096, P=0.627).Conclucions1. STAT2 and STAT3 are expressed in NC,CIN and CSCC.They were involved in the carcinogenesis of CSCC,otherwise,STAT3 is correlated with the progression of CSCC.2. The roles of STAT2 and STAT3 in the carcinogenesis of CSCC have no correlation.
