基于国际性技术外溢的民营制造企业技术成长机理研究

【摘要】 全球化背景下,对外贸易、外商直接投资、对外经济合作和国与国之间专业技术人员的流动随着经济往来的深入而大规模的进行,由此带来的国际性技术外溢促进了先进技术在全球范围内的转移与扩散。本文研究在此背下民营制造企业的技术成长机制。本文首先对国际性技术外溢促进民营制造企业技术成长的相关理论进行深入分析,外商直接投资和国际贸易等经济活动所产生的国际性技术外溢能使技术知识非自愿的由一个国家扩散到另个一国家,促进另一个国家技术的成长。在此基础上,结合民营制造企业的特点,构建国际贸易技术外溢促进民营制造企业技术成长的机理模型和外商直接投资促进民营制造企业技术成长的机理模型,外商直接投资通过示范-模仿效应、竞争效应、链接效应和人力资本的流动效应促进民营制造企业的技术成长；国际技术贸易直接促进技术成长,而国际货物贸易可以通过传染效应、干中学效应、演示和培训效应、竞争效应促进民营制造企业的技术成长。在理论分析的基础上,文章运用时间序列的线性模型对外商直接投资和国际贸易所带来的技术外溢与湖南省民营制造企业技术成长的关系做了实证分析。经过ADF检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验发现：外商直接投资和国际贸易带来的技术外溢与湖南省的民营制造企业之间存在着长期、均衡、稳定的关系,国际性技术外溢促进了湖南省民营制造企业的技术成长。最后提出了相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accompanied by further development of economic globalization, technology spillover effects of international trade, FDI,foreign economic cooperation and cross-border movement of professional and technical person promote advanced technology worldwide transfer and diffusion. This dissertation is aiming at investigating the technical growth of private manufacturing enterprises in this context.First of all, this paper analysis the relevant theory of international technology spillovers promote the technology growth of private manufacturing, foreign direct investment. The international technological spillovers from international trade and other economic activities made technical knowledge spread from one country to another country, promote the growth of technology in another country. On this basis, combined with the characteristics of private manufacturing enterprises, build Mechanism model of how technological spillovers from international trade promote the growth of private manufacturing enterprise technology and how technological spillovers from FDI promote the technology growth of private manufacturing enterprise, Foreign direct investment promote the technology growth of private manufacturing enterprises through demonstration-imitation effect, competitive effect, links, effects and human capital flow effect. International Technology Trade directly promote the technological growth of private manufacturing enterprise, while the international trade in goods promote technology growth of private manufacturing enterprises through the contagion effect, learning by doing effects, presentation and training effects, competitive effects of the technology.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper do an empirical analysis of the relationship between technological spillovers brought from foreign direct investment and international trade and technology growth of private manufacturing enterprises in Hunan Province, using the linear time series models. Through the ADF test, co integration test and Granger causality test found that: The empirical analysis shows a long-run equilibrium relationship among technology growth of private manufacturing enterprise,international trade and FDI in Hunan Province.
