【摘要】 《卫拉特法典》是全面、具体反应17世纪蒙古的政治、经济、宗教、社会组织,生产生活、婚姻、家庭、习俗等方面的珍贵历史文献,是研究蒙古族特别是卫拉特历史的极为珍贵的史料。它与《喀尔喀三旗法典》、《理藩院则例》被誉为蒙古法三大文献。在我国《卫拉特法典》的研究从二十世纪七十年代末八十年代初兴起的,尽管学者们从多层次研究了本法典,但对于《法典》中始终贯彻的一个重要问题即阶级和阶层的关系方面的研究甚少。本论文,在前人研究结果的基础上,分层而有序地分辨了《卫拉特法典》中出现的各阶层之间的关系,以《卫拉特法典》的内容为主要依据来试图证明他们之间的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Oirats Code" is a comprehensive and specific response to the Mongolia’s politics, economic, religious, social organization, production life, marriage, family and customs of the 17th century. It is the precious historical document, which studied the history of Mongolia, especially studied the "Oirats". It is with the "Three Flag Code of Khalkha", "Court of Colonial Affairs Rules" are well-known for the Mongolia’s three famous documents. In our country, the research of the "Oirats Code" began from the late seventies and early eighties of the 20th century. Even though scholars studied this Code from multi-level, there is a little research for people’s status and class relations which are consistently implemented in the code.In this paper, based on the results of the previous studies, hierarchically and orderly distinguished the relationship between the various classes which appears in the"Oirats Code" and then try to prove the relationship between them.更多还原
