RCM理论在变压器状态评估中的应用研究

【摘要】 变压器是电网中能量转换、传输的核心,其运行状态直接关系到电网运行的安全和稳定。本论文根据RCM理论,采用故障模式和影响分析方法,对变压器的主要的故障模式、故障影响、故障原因以及故障检测手段进行了系统的分析。分析了用故障树方法构建电力变压器故障树模型过程,对变压器故障树模型进行了定性和定量分析。确定了变压器状态评估中的状态量,给出了通过层次分析法计算各故障模式与状态量的权重的方法,弥补了专家打分时主观性太强的不足。给出了建立电力变压器状态评估指标体系的流程图,并通过对运行变压器的状态评估实例验证了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Power transformer is the core of energy conversion and transmission in the power grid, the operating reliability of transformer has deep influences on security and stability of power systems. In this paper, according to the theory of Reliability centered maintenance (RCM), using the method of Failure mode and effect analyzes (FMEA), the main fault modes, fault effect, fault causes and the fault monitoring techniques are analyzed synthetically. The fault tree model of the transformer is established base on the result of FMEA. Criteria of the transformer condition evaluation are determined. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) reduced the subjectivity in defining importance weight of failure mode and criteria. The flow chart of the evaluation indices system of power transformer is given, and the efficiency of the evaluation method is verified through examples.
