【摘要】 胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中明确指出,“提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家”是“国家发展战略的核心,是提高综合国力的关键”。然而,我国高校学生尤其是农科院校大学生在科技创新能力方面表现明显不足,人才缺乏特别是创新型人才的缺乏已明显成为制约我国农村经济进一步发展的瓶颈。农业院校是高层次农业人才的培养基地和创新型农业技术知识的集散地,是建设社会主义新农村的重要阵地,提高农业院校学生的科技创新能力事关科教兴国大业,是农业院校的一项重要使命。本研究从大学生科技创新能力培养的现实性和必要性入手,分析大学生科技创新能力培养的现状和影响大学生科技创新能力培养的主要原因。文章通过对农业科技创新的个性特征、农科大学生特点和农业院校自身发展的制约因素分析,结合农业院校所肩负的重要历史使命,着力阐述了农业院校大学生科技创新能力培养的特殊性,为提出农业院校大学生科技创新能力培养的策略奠定基础。农科大学生科技创新能力培养是一项复杂的系统工程,必须以加强大学生哲学修养为基础,优化专业设置,构建高起点人才培养方案和课程体系,制定科学实践教学内容,创新全面素质教育模式,拓宽第二课堂的平台作用。本文在充分研究的基础上,对于上述培养策略提出了一些思路和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the Report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, President Hu Jintao pointed out that improving self-innovation abilities and constructing an innovative nation is the core of the development strategy of China and the key to the enhancement of comprehensive national strength.However, university students, especially students of agricultural universities, have an obvious lack of abilities in scientific and technological innovation. And the shortage of talented persons, particularly innovative talents, has become a choke point of further development of rural economy. Agricultural universities serve as educational bases for high-level agricultural talents, distributing centers of innovative technical knowledge of agriculture, and important places for constructing the new socialist countryside. It is an important mission of agricultural universities to increase students’ abilities in scientific and technological innovation, which concerns invigorating the country through science and education.Starting with the aspects of the actuality and necessity, the paper analyzed the current situation and main factors affecting cultivating university students’ abilities in scientific and technological innovation. This paper analyzed personality characteristics required by agricultural scientific and technological innovation, university students’ characteristics and factors constraining the development of agricultural universities. In accordance with the important mission of agricultural universities, the paper elaborated the particularities of cultivating scientific and technological innovation abilities of agricultural university students, and laid a foundation to formulate strategies for cultivating scientific and technological innovation abilities of agricultural university students.Cultivating scientific and technological innovation abilities of agricultural university students is a complicated systems engineering. It should be based on promoting university students’ philosophy education, optimizing the structure of academic programs, formulating curriculum plans with high starting points, developing new modes of education for all-round development and broadening the role of the Second Class as a platform. Based on the above research, the paper made suggestions about the strategies for cultivating scientific and technological innovation abilities of agricultural university students.更多还原
