【摘要】 随着信息化、网络化的不断发展,知识经济已经阔步而来。知识在经济、社会发展中,所起的作用越来越大,而作为知识的研发、承载、传播机构的高等教育机构,理所当然地被国家、企业、个人都寄予厚望。他们期望高等学府在社会政治、经济发展中起到更加举足轻重的作用,在文化上引领社会走向,构建社会的伦理观念,在政治改革中,能够从更加理性、中立的立场为国家作完美的制度设计,在经济发展中,努力探索科学技术向现实生产力转化途径和方法。中国大学制度是舶来品。在一个多世纪的发展过程中,中国高等教育已经初具规模,实现了高等教育大众化,并向高等教育普及化的宏伟目标迈进。在结构决定功能的理念的关照下,从高等院校这个相对微观的层面上来看,阻碍我国高等教育健康发展的许多结构层面的关系,并没有理顺。在如今的校院系三级结构中权力分配问题；学术权力和行政权力的平衡问题；党委和校长为首的行政机构的分工问题等一系列组织结构问题在一定程度上成为高等教育进一步发展制约因素。本文界定了大学组织结构的定义,理清了中国大学组织结构与国外大学组织结构发展历史。在对大学组织结构做出历史分析的基础上,文章选取几个西方发达国家的大学组织结构作为研究对象,得到一些有益的借鉴。在系统理论的指导下,文章进一步阐述了大学组织结构与大学组织结构内外的各种因素的辩证关系。在上述论述准备下,设计一套我国大学组织结构设计的宏观框架,得出一些宏观的价值目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information and network, the era of knowledge economy has come. The role of knowledge has become increasingly larger in the economic and social development. Countries, enterprises and individuals have great expectations for higher education institutions, which is the bearing, research and development, spread of institutions of knowledge. They looked forward to higher education institutions play a more decisive role in the economic development of society; lead the society towards, build a community ethic in culture; design a perfect system for the country from more rational, neutral position in the political reform; efforts to explore the method of science and technology into actual productivity in economic development.In more than a century of development process, Chinese higher education has begun to take shape. Higher education popularity is realized. We are in the goal of achieving universal higher education. In the theory of "structure is decisive factor of function" support, so from the institutions of higher learning which is relative micro level, the healthy development of Chinese higher education hindered the relationship of many structure level without clear. Today in the structure of university, college and department have a series of organizational structure problems, such as power allocation problem, how to balance the academic authority and administrative power, the division of administrative agencies headed by party committee and president etc. These problems are to a certain degree restraining factors of the further development of higher education.This article emphatically expounded the history of domestic and overseas university organization structure change. In this process, we found some rules of university organization structure design. We exclude factors of time and national conditions, through comparison gain some conclusions. This article analyzed external and internal factors of university organization structure how to form, take weak tendency into advantage to achieve the goal of optimum productivity. In the end, try to gain a frame. Perhaps in the future reform of university organization structure can get verification.更多还原
