《孟子》的国家管理思想及其当代价值研究

【摘要】 管理,是人类最基本的社会活动之一。任何管理活动,总是受到一定管理理论的指导；而任何管理理论,又总是受到一定管理思想的制约。中华文明,是人类历史上唯一没有中断过的古老文明,具有延续几千年的社会管理的丰富经验。以儒家思想为主体的中国古代管理思想,在中国古代社会的管理活动中具有不可忽视的地位和作用。特别是先秦儒家的管理思想,因具有原创性,对于探讨我国管理思想的的发源和奠基,其价值尤为突出。先秦儒家的管理思想形成了我国古代管理思想的基本框架。其中的重要代表之一就是孟子一系的管理思想,孟子的管理思想主要集中在《孟子》一书中。《孟子》的管理思想是先秦儒家的管理思想的主体内容之一,它对于构筑了先秦儒家文化的历史地位和价值作用有着重要的贡献。对其进行进一步得提炼、拾粹以及整合,这对于社会管理的进步和发展无疑具有重大的理论价值与现实价值。在此对《孟子》的国家管理思想及其当代价值进行较为全面的分析。全文共为四大部分,首先是论述《孟子》中的政治管理思想,对这一部分论文进行了三点阐述：一是《孟子》的政治管理思想的理论基础——“性善论”；二是《孟子》的政治管理思想是以“仁政”为目标；三是实现政治管理的两大杠杆是“分”与“和”。其次是论述《孟子》中的经济管理思想就是“养民富民”思想,其中独特的经济管理思想是“恒产论”。再次是论述《孟子》中的人才管理思想,其包括教化管理思想、自我管理思想以及用人思想。最后对《孟子》的国家管理思想的当代价值进行了四点阐述：一是仁德管理的回归；二是执经达权的管理要领；三是自我管理的思想实现了道德修养和道德实践的有机结合；四是以“仁政”为目标的国家管理思想增强了为人民服务的人文内涵。更多还原

【Abstract】 Management is one of the most basic human social activities. Any management activities, always under the guidance of a certain management theory; and any management theory and management thinking is always subject to certain constraints. Chinese civilization is the history of mankind has never stopped the only ancient civilization, has persisted for several thousand years of social management experience. In ancient China, Confucianism is the main management thought, its management activities have the status and role can not be ignored in ancient Chinese society. Especially the Confucian management thought of pre-Qin, with its originality, whose value is particularly prominent for the study of the origin of Chinese management philosophy and foundation. It formed a basic framework of the ancient management thought.One of the most representatives of the Department is the management philosophy of Mencius, Mencius’s management philosophy focused on the book of "Mencius". The management thought of "Mencius" is the main body for the management of pre-Qin Confucian thought, it has an important contribution for the building of the historical status and the value of the pre-qin Confucian culture. To further to refine, pick up itself and integration, which for the progress and development of the social management has undoubtedly great theoretical value and practical value.In this I will make comprehensive analysis for the national management thought of the "Mencius" and its contemporary value. Full-text for a total of four major parts, first is to discuss the political management thought of the "Mencius", this part of the paper has three states:First, the theoretical basis of the political management thought of the "Mencius"-"human’s nature is good"; Second, the political management thought of the "Mencius" is based on "benevolence" as the target; Three, the two levers which achieve the political management are "points" and "and". Then, the economic management thought of the "Mencius" is the "raising people", the unique economic management idea is "constant capacity ". Again is to discuss the talent management philosophy of the "Mencius", which includes correctional management philosophy, self-management idea and employing idea. At last, the contemporary value of the national management idea of the "Mencius" expounds four points:First, the regression of humane management; Second, the essential management of holding the right;Third, the self-management thought realizes the organic combination of moral integrity and ethical practice; Forth, the management’s goal of "benevolent governance" enhances the humanistic connotation which serves the people of the state.更多还原
