【摘要】 在中国经济迅速发展,不断融入世界经济的背景下,中国产业不断寻求缩小与世界发达国家之间的技术差距。在产业技术追赶研究方面,国内外学者通过对追赶模式和理论的研究,以及具体产业的分析,总结出一些影响产业技术追赶的因素和相关研究框架,但仍缺乏对乳业产业技术追赶的研究。本文对乳业产业技术追赶的研究以及政策建议,对于对食品行业、农业等相关领域的发展都会有一定的借鉴作用和警示意义。乳业具有产业链条长、产业关联度大等产业特点,这些决定了在特定的技术体系下,与其关联的技术追赶也具有独特的模式。本文从产业链的角度分析了包括养殖环节、乳制品深加工环节、乳制品设备及包装材料三方面的技术差距所在,认为我国乳业与国外发达国家的技术差距主要体现在养殖环节上。通过对产业技术追赶文献的回顾,并根据乳业的具体情况,确定适合分析乳业产业技术追赶的框架,包括市场机会、政府产业政策制定、企业发展战略和产业环境四个重要因素对乳业发展的作用和影响,并围绕我国乳业技术追赶提出了具体的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With a rapid economic development, Chinese economy has continually integrated into the world economy. China’s industry continually narrows their technological gap with developed countries. Scholars analyze the characteristics of industrial technological mode and theory, and the possibility of technological catching-up in special industries. But there is no research on industrial technological catching-up of dairy industry.Diary industry has the features of long industrial chain, wide industrial interrelation and so on. Through analyzing the basic situation of dairy industry development, This paper considers that competing with foreign countries, the technology gaps of diary industry embodied in breeding dairy cattle, products processing and the device and packaging materials, mainly breeding dairy cattle. Industry policy plays an important role in technology catching-up. On the basis of Literature review concerning technological catching-up, this paper gives the framework of diary industry’s technological catching-up, which includes four important factors, that is market opportunities, industry policy, enterprise development strategies and Industrial environment. The paper analyze the four factors affecting technological catching-up of China’s diary industry, and then makes policy recommendations to the technology catching-up of diary industry.更多还原
