电气火灾远程监控系统通信网络的研究

【摘要】 目前,国内所使用的电气火灾监控系统基本是以区域电气火灾监控系统、集中电气火灾监控系统为主,它们的安装形式主要为集散控制方式。这种系统一般都自成体系,自我封闭,不能实现系统间的资源和服务共享,本文设计的基于CAN总线分布式控制和以太网技术的电气火灾远程监控系统,通过CAN总线连接监控系统节点,利用以太网远程在线监视,并及时对各种信息进行分析与决策,在电气火灾发生前消除其隐患。本文对电气火灾远程监控系统进行了深入的分析和研究。经过广泛地查阅资料了解了电气火灾监控对远程监控技术的要求,以及远程监控技术在电气火灾监控系统中的应用情况,并且在原有独立式电气火灾监控器的基础之上对电气火灾远程监控系统的结构和整体通信方案进行了设计,其中主要是对CAN总线和以太网通信的硬件和软件部分进行设计。在硬件设计部分,对CAN总线通信模块和以太网通信模块的硬件电路进行了详细的设计,并且对主要的元器件进行了选型和介绍,其中主要包括CAN总线控制器和CAN总线收发器,以及以太网控制器的选型。在软件设计部分,首先对CAN总线和以太网的通信协议进行了分析,设计出了程序流程图,并提供了相应部分的核心代码。在这一部分,还对上位机监控软件的功能需求进行了分析,并且介绍了上位机监控软件的设计方法和流程,并且提供了相应的核心代码。最后,通过在实验室自己搭建一个模拟的电气火灾远程监控系统测试平台,运用以太网测试工具TCP&UDP对整个系统的通信部分进行了相关的试验,通过发送数据和接收数据的方式进行测试,整个系统的数据收发都非常正常,整个系统的运行都比较稳定。这就证明本文所设计的电气火灾远程监控系统的网络通信方案是可行的。在本文的最后一章还对整篇文章进行了总结,对整个系统的改善提出了一些方法,并对电气火灾监控系统的发展方向进行了展望。
【Abstract】 At present, electrical fire control system is based on regional electrical fire control system and concentrated electrical fire control system in domestic. Distributed control mode is their main form of installation.The system is generally self-sustaining and isolation.The system can not realize resource and service sharing among systems. Electrical fire remote monitoring system is based on CAN bus and Ethernet technology, it connections with Ethernet monitoring on-line through the CAN bus. Alarm decision is based on all kinds of information, and the electrical fire danger is eliminated before it happens.This thesis is about the analysis and research of electrical fire remote monitoring system. After extensive access to information, we know about the requirements of the remote monitoring technology of electrical fire control and the application situation of remote monitoring technology in electrical fire control system. The design of remote monitoring system of the structure and the overall scheme in the communication is based on the original independent electrical fire monitors of electrical fire.Main design of those parts are the software and hardware of CAN bus and Ethernet communication.In the part of hardware design, the communication module and the hardware circuit of CAN bus and thernet are designed detaily. The hardware of CAN bus contains the can bus controller and the can bus transceiver, and the selection of Ethernet controller.In the part of softdware design, CAN bus and Ethernet communication protocol are researched firstly and program flowchart is designed, then the corresponding section of the core code is provided.At last, a electrical fire test platform is built in laboratory, and TCP&UDP is used for the related tests.Then a test by sending and receiving data is made.The results of tests verify that the whole system’s operation is relatively stable. It is proved that this designed communication network scheme of electrical fire remote monitoring system is feasible.In the last chapter, the improvement of the whole system and forward of electrical fire control system development direction are discussed.
