【摘要】 毛泽东在领导新中国的建立和建设过程中,把马克思主义与中国革命和建设的具体实际相结合,在总结根据地局部执政和全国范围执政经验的基础上,提出并确立了以全心全意为人民服务为核心的执政理念,充分体现了中国共产党的执政宗旨和价值取向。毛泽东为人民服务的执政理念不仅仅是来自于马克思主义的唯物史观,也来源于中国传统文化。毛泽东为人民服务的执政理念是对中国传统文化的继承、发展和超越。为人民服务思想经过了一个形成和发展的过程。毛泽东为人民服务执政理念对传统民本思想进行了科学的扬弃和升华。肯定了人民群众在国家和社会经济、政治生活中的决定作用,吸取了为政以德,治国为民的思想精华,摒弃了阶级和历史的局限性,把马克思主义唯物史观与中国传统的民本思想有机的结合起来。从发掘中国先哲民主理论的思想素材,到对封建社会以“仁”、“天”、“命”、“理”、“心”等神学与哲学为道德核心和精神支柱的批判;从对中国近代君主立宪、社会契约、资产阶级法制和“三民主义”等民主观念的精华继承,到中国传统“仁爱”思想与共产主义道德理想的有机结合、马克思主义的社会公仆理论与执政党建设实践的有机结合。劳动人民不仅是物质财富、精神财富的创造者,也是社会发展的最终决定力量。人民在社会生活和生产过程中生存的优劣,决定着民心向背,而民心向背又决定着革命成果是否巩固,社会是否稳定,政权是否长久。毛泽东据此提出了“全心全意为人民服务”这一执政理念,充分体现了中国共产党的执政宗旨和价值取向。毛泽东为人民服务执政理念的价值取向,是把人民群众至上的人生价值取向进一步深化为人民利益至上。在价值主体上,要求共产党人自觉坚持和贯彻以人民群众为价值主体,全心全意为人民服务;在价值客体上,要求共产党人具有强烈的革命事业心,既要有远大的革命理想,又要有脚踏实地、艰苦奋斗的作风;在实现人生价值上,要求共产党人自觉坚持和贯彻发展先进生产力这个历史唯物主义的根本观点;在人生价值评价上,要求以合乎最广大人民群众的根本利益;在价值评价标准上,要把实现、维护和发展好人民的利益作为为人民服务的最高标准。毛泽东为人民服务执政理念充分体现了马克思主义群众观的人民性、具有丰富内涵和科学理论支撑的实践性和继承中国传统文化中浓郁的政治伦理性。毛泽东为人民服务的执政理念奠定了党为人民服务理论的基础。只有始终不渝地坚持为人民服务的执政理念,坚持以最广大人民群众的根本利益为最高标准,切实把人民群众的利益实现好、维护好、发展好,才能使党永远立于不败之地,才能使党的执政基础坚如磐石。更多还原

Mao Zedong the ruling idea which serves for the people is to the China traditional culture inherits, the development and surmounting.Served the thought for the people to pass through to form with the development process. Mao Zedong served the ruling idea for the people to carry on science developing the good and discard the bad to ancient times people this thought with the sublimation. Definitely people in national and in the social economy, the political life decision function, have absorbed for the politics by Germany, rules a nation for people’s thought essence, has abandoned the social class and the historical limitation, Marxism historical materialism and Chinese tradition people this thought organic union. From excavates the Chinese sage democratic theory the thought source material, to feudal society take "kernel", "day", "life", "principle", "heart" and so on theology and philosophy as moral core and spiritual prop critique; From to the Chinese modern times constitutional monarchy, the social contract, the bourgeoisie legal system and "Three People’s Principles of Sun Yat-sen" and so on the democratic idea essence inherits, to the Chinese tradition "the benevolence" the thought and the communist morality ideal organic synthesis, the Marxism social public servant theory and the incumbent party constructs the practice the organic synthesis. The working people not only are the material wealth, the spiritual wealth inventor, also is the finally decision strength which the society develops. People fit and unfit quality which survive in the social life and the production process, is deciding the popular sentiment likes and dislikes, but the popular sentiment likes and dislikes were deciding revolutionary achievement whether consolidated, society whether stable, the political power is whether long-time.
