丙烷制冷系统优化运行及节能改造研究

【摘要】 本文针对的是大庆油田某浅冷轻烃回收工艺中的丙烷制冷装置存在工作效率低、能耗成本高、生产工艺偏离原设计值等问题,进行了节能改造研究。研究主要借助了PRO/Ⅱ化工模拟软件,以SRK、PR、LKP热力学状态方程为基础,对制冷装置进行了模拟计算,分析了冷凝温度、蒸发温度、经济器温度的变化对制冷系统的影响规律;优化了冷凝温度、蒸发温度、经济器温度值,建立了制冷系统随季节变化的优化流程。为了深入研究制冷系统节能情况,本文从能质角度分析了优化流程的能耗特点。建立了制冷系统的火用流分析模型,对单体设备和系统分别建立了火用平衡计算模型。找出系统及单体设备火用损失的最大环节,提出改进措施,为装置的流程改造提供了理论依据。根据优化及用能评价的分析结果,结合大庆地区拥有丰富自然冷源的特点,提出将制冷系统的水冷方式改为空冷方式的改造方案。改造后的流程大大降低了冷凝温度,解决了制冷系统在夏季不能正常工作的问题。经统计分析,改造流程改善了水电消耗的不利情况,达到节能减排的目的。

【Abstract】 This paper conducts energy saving transformation research on the propane refrigeration device of shallow condensing recovery unit in Daqing oilfield. And this device has low efficiency, high energy consumption, and the problem of production process deviated from the original design values.Using PRO/Ⅱsoftware of chemical process simulation, Based on the SRK, PR, LKP thermodynamic equation of state, this study makes simulation calculation for cooling device, analyzes the influence of changing of condensation temperature, evaporation temperature and economizer temperature on cooling system, optimizes the values of condensation temperature, evaporation temperature and economizer temperature, and establishes optimization process of the cooling system with changing seasons.In order to further study energy-saving condition of refrigeration system, this paper analyzes energy consumption characteristics of optimization process from the view of energy-saving point. An exergy analyzing model for cooling system is set up. The models of exergy balance calculation for monomer equipment and systems are set up. Maximum exergy loss of monomers equipment and system is obtained, and improving measures are proposed, which provides theoretical basis for transformation process of the device.According to the results of optimization and exergy analysis, rehabilitation programs, which transform the water-cooled of cooling system to air-cooling, are proposed. And this programs combines with the characteristics of natural cooling source in Daqing field. After transformation, the condensing temperature can be reduced much more. And it solves the problem that the cooling system cannot normally work in summer. Through statistical analysis, transformation process improves the poor consumption situation of device, and achieves the purpose of energy-saving and emission reduction.
