论《贞观政要》的政治伦理思想

【摘要】 在中国政治伦理思想发展史上,《贞观政要》具有非常重要地位。这本成书于唐玄宗时期的著作是一部承前启后的著作,一方面,它把自先秦至唐以来的先贤的儒家思想融为一炉,具有儒家政治道德思想上的全面性、综合性。另一方面,它把儒家政治道德理论与政治实践很好地结合了起来,是实践中的理论,因而对后世思想家和历代君王臣子均发生了很大的影响。本文力图对《贞观政要》政治伦理思想进行全面梳理,并探讨其形成的原因、意义及影响。正是基于上述认识,本文分为三个部分：第一部分论述《贞观政要》政治伦理思想的基本原则,指出以民为本的治国思想和德法兼用的治国策略是其灵魂和根本；第二部分为《贞观政要》政治伦理思想的集中体现,从君德、官德等方面来加以论述；第三部分为《贞观政要》政治伦理思想的评析,对其本身蕴含的特点和历史局限进行定位和论述,论述它的历史价值、后世影响和现实意义。如果超越《贞观政要》政治伦理思想的历史局限和时空距离,我们可以发现,实现一种优良的社会生活,始终是人们心中无限向往和追求的。《贞观政要》带给我们的爱国主义热情、民族责任感、居安思危的忧患意识、富国强民的方法措施、领导艺术和管理水平的丰富和提高以及社会风气的净化,对于我们当代来说依旧很重要,它的价值并没有随着时光的流逝而衰减,它对于我们创造一个安定、繁荣、和谐的社会有着重要的影响和作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the history of China’s political ethics development, the Zhen Guan Political Program, which was accomplished during the Tang Unsung Emperor’s government, always stands on an important position. On the one hand, it not only summarized various branches of Confucianism, developed from previous Qin dynasty until Tang, which, so, bears the generality and integration of Confucian political ethics; on the other hand, this book combined political ethics with political practices, a theory in practice. Therefore, it greatly influenced the following thinkers, generations of emperors and subjects. Based on the above, this paper attempts to generally analyze the political ethics in the Program and elucidate its cause, significance and influence.That said, this paper is equipped to commence its words into three parts:in the first part, it dissertates basic principles of the Program, noting that the government policy of reliance on the people and the strategy of virtue and law integrity are the Program’s soul and fundamental; the second part discusses aspects of emperor norms, official norms, corruption combat and probity affirmation, and people appointment according to capability which are the intensive embodiment of the Program; in the last part, this paper comments and analyzes the political ethics in the Program and make a judgment about the Program’s characteristics and historical limitation by discussing its historic value, influence on the following generations and the realistic significance.If ignoring the Program’s historical limitation and its long time away from current day, we can find that realization of a good social life is always a forever desire and effort for people. The patriotism, national responsibility, consciousness for preparations for danger in time of peace and eventuality, measures for state development and people welfare, enrichment and improvement of leadership and administration and the depuration of social practices brought to us today by the Program are still very important for us to create a stable, prosperous and harmonious society.更多还原
