基于Web Services的中小制造企业PDM系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 近年来,国内企业在工业设计、制造、生产以及产品流通领域中已经开始普遍应用计算机信息化技术,这些信息化技术是从设计部门作为源头,应用三维CAD软件设计产品,应用CAE(计算机辅助工程)软件对产品设计的可靠性提供保证,应用CAM(计算机辅助制造)软件自动控制整个产品的制造。借助计算机信息化技术企业大大提高了产品开发能力和市场竞争能力。产品数据管理(PDM)是管理所有与产品相关信息和所有与产品相关过程的技术,它能够集成并管理与产品有关的所有信息、过程及人的组织,使产品数据在其整个生命周期内保持一致、最新和安全,为工程技术人员提供一个良好的协同工作环境。本课题根据中小制造企业的特点,研究并开发适合中小企业的功能相对简单、价格相对便宜的PDM产品,大力推动PDM技术在中小制造企业的应用,为中小制造企业在市场竞争日益激烈的情况下以新、快、好的产品占领市场,为企业的生存和发展起到帮助作用。本文首先介绍了PDM的概念、体系结构和主要功能。PDM是以软件为基础的技术,它是将所有与产品相关的信息及有关的过程集成在一起进行管理的系统集成平台。随着企业的不断发展,不同地域、不同部门、不同操作平台所产生的异构数据不断增加,这就使得PDM系统基于传统的客户/服务器模式难以实现有效的系统集成和信息共享,而分布式对象计算技术可以更好地满足PDM系统的需求。为了开发基于Web Services技术的PDM系统,实现PDM系统功能的标准化,本文在分析Web Services的架构和特点的基础上,研究了Web Services在中小型制造企业PDM中应用的关键技术问题,设计并实现了一个基于Web Services的中小型制造企业PDM系统。本文的主要研究工作及成果如下:(1)分析了PDM的概念、功能和意义,研究了Web Services在中小型制造企业PDM中应用的可行性,并提出了一个基于Web Services的中小企业PDM系统架构;(2)分析了中小型制造企业的特点,总结出他们在功能方面的需求,为系统开发和项目的成功奠定了基础;(3)设计并实现了一个“基于Web Services的中小制造企业PDM系统”,论文就是在此系统的基础上撰写的。本课题得到了四川交通职业技术学院、铁道部第十五工程局成都工作组等多单位的支持,并在四川交通职业技术学院立项,由铁道部第十五工程局成都工作组等单位承担需求、调研、支持、测试等工作,最后顺利完成了整个项目的研发。

【Abstract】 In recent years, computer informationization technologies have been widely used by domestic enterprises in the fields of industrial design, manufacturing and production circulation. Computer informationization technolodies make the design department as funtainhead, apply three-dimensional CAD(Computer-Aided Design) software to design production, apply CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) software to guarantee the reliability of production design, apply CAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing) software for automatic control during the throughout manufacturing process. With computer informationization technologies enterprises can greatly rise their production development capacity and market competitiveness. Production data management(PDM) is the technology use to manage all production-related information and all production-related process, which can integrate and manage all production-related information, process, people and organizations. With PDM, the production data in its life cycle can keep consistent, fresh and security, and provides a well coordination work environment for the engineers.The project bases on the characteristics of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, researches and developes a relative sample and cheap PDM production which can greatly promote the application of PDM technology in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. With this PDM production, the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises can seize the market with new, fast and good production. It is helpful for the survival and development of the enterprises. This thesis firstly introduces the concept, architecture and main functions of PDM. PDM is a software-based technology. It is a integrating platform for integrating all production-related information and process. With the constant development of enterprises, heterogeneous data from different regions, different departments, and different operating platform increase constantly. This makes the PDM based on the traditional client/server model fails to effectively perform systems integration and information sharing, while the distribution object computing technology can better meet the needs of PDM systems.In order to develop PDM based on Web Services technology and standardize the fuuction of PDM, and based on the analysis of the archtecture and characteristic of Web services, the key technologies in the application of Web services in small and medium-sized manifacturing enterprises PDM is studied. A Web service-based PDM system suit for small and medium-sized manifacturing enterprises is designed and implemented. The main research work and results of this thesis are as follows:(1) The concept, functions and meaning of PDM is analyzed. The feasifility of using Web services in the development of PDM system. And the archtecture of the PDM suit for small and medium-sized manifacturing enterprises based on Web services is proposed.(2) The characteristics of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is analyzed, and their function requirement is summed up. This is the basis of the system design and the success of the project.(3) A Web Services-based PDM system suit for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise is design and implemented. This thesis is based on the project.The project is supported by Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of communications and China Railway 15 Bureau. It is a contract of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of communications. And the requirement, inquirement and system test is performed in China Railway 15 Bureau.
