基于嵌入式技术的家用治疗仪模糊控制模型研究

【摘要】 嵌入式技术的发展使人们对传统医疗模式的认识不断革新,但由于患者对于医疗知识的欠缺使得他们在使用这些设备时还不具备足够的信心,这也成为发展家庭治疗设备的一个瓶颈。针对这一需求,本文探讨了一种用于辅助家庭治疗设备工作的解决方案。该方案基于嵌入式计算机的设计平台,针对不同患者自身的生理状况,采用模糊控制的一些基本原理和方法,在患者使用设备的过程中自适应地调节治疗设备的工作参数,从而达到最佳的治疗效果。具体而言,设备在其工作过程中对患者的治疗状况进行监测,提取患者的一些基本生理信息,如患者的体温和心率等。根据这些实时信息,系统通过计算,实时制定治疗方案,对患者的非正常身体状态和误操作报警。患者还可以通过集成在设备上的数据库系统对以往治疗情况进行查询,特别是利用设备自带的网络通讯模块,患者可以与专家实时联系,以获得更进一步的专家指导。在具体实现技术方面,终端的设计首先采用Intel XScale PXA270微处理器和Linux操作系统,移植了图形界面,通过扩展接口、串口等完成对患者在治疗过程中有用数据的有效采集,存储于嵌入式数据库中;其次,运用聚类和规则提取的方法对样本数据进行分析,判别患者特征和使用习惯,建立模糊控制规则库,经由模糊规则的匹配,解模糊后得到控制参数,控制治疗设备调节到最佳状态;最后,治疗过程中全程监控,当患者违规治疗时给予预警和通过网络连接帮助患者获得专家指导,实现高效纠正患者对家用医疗设备盲目的使用习惯。

【Abstract】 The development of embedded technology makes people’s cognition on traditional medical treatment mode innovate gradually. However, because of lacking medical knowledge, patients don’t have enough confidence to use these devices, which also became a bottleneck to develop family therapy equipment. For this purpose, this paper discusses a solution to assist family therapy equipment.The solution is based on the design platform of embedded computer. For different physical conditions of different patients, adopting some basic principles and methods of fuzzy control, which can adjust some working parameters of the therapy equipment during using processes, so as to achieve the best therapeutic effect. Concretely speaking, the equipment monitors the patients’current status when working, extracting some basic physical information from the patients, such as body temperature and heart rate. According to the real-time information, system sets down real-time therapy solutions and deals with abnormal physical status and the alarm of wrong operation through calculation. The patients can query the past treatment situations using the database system integrated on the device.In particular, the use of equipment built-in network communication modules allows patients to get in touch with experts, accessing to the further guidance.In technical aspects of the concrete realization, Firstly, the terminal uses the Intel XScale PXA270 microprocessor and Linux operating system, transplanting the graphical interface, gathering and storing the useful data which is from the patients’curing processes to the embedded database through the expansion interface and serial port. Secondly, analyzing data samples with the methods of clustering and rule extraction, judging characters and using habits of the patients, establishing a fuzzy control rule base, getting the control parameters by matching the fuzzy rules and anti-fuzzy and then adjusting the therapy equipment to the best state. Finally, monitoring the whole process of treatment, giving early warning when patients are with irregular treatment and helping patients to access to experts’guidance through the network connection, which helps to correct the abuse of family treatment equipments efficiently.
