钼粉还原炉自动化控制系统的研究和开发

【摘要】 钼粉还原炉是作为贵金属钼粉还原生产的主要设备,相似的设备在其他的国家都有广泛的应用,并且部分已经实现了自动化生产。随着高新技术以及全球经济的快速发展,对原材料的需求越来越大,对稀有金属需求量更大,而贵金属铝粉的需求量在原料中占有相当的比例。目前国内仍采用原有的人工操作生产和人工管理的方式,因此需要设计自动化控制系统来满足市场的需求。该控制系统在国内属于首次研究和开发,具有重要的意义。针对目前的现状,本文是以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的控制系统和以上位机为辅监控管理系统构建了高温钼粉还原炉生产自动化控制系统。文中主要分析了钼粉还原炉的生产工艺,人工作业和自动化作业以及在进行自动化改造过程中所存在的一些问题。针对炉管位置的变化和料舟的出入炉任务,采用了以自动行走机构作为运送料舟的工作平台的方案,并分析了自动行走机构的设计注意事项。针对炉门的密封性,安全性以及炉门位置变化的问题,设计了一体化炉门的方案和自动跟踪对准信号采集系统来解决炉门处存在的一系列问题,设计对已经还原的料舟进行板结层压裂和底面粘结层刮铲处理的方案。针对钼粉原料装载和称重的问题设计了自动称重装料与自适应刮平机构。对于整个系统的各个环节进行模块化控制的设计,开发了基于层次化和模块化的结构,具有良好用户界面、监控和管理功能的上位机系统,完成了PLC控制系统的软件设计,实现了高温钼粉还原炉生产过程的自动化。经过理论分析和实践的验证,本文设计的铝粉还原炉自动化控制系统显著的提高了整个生产过程中的安全性,减轻了工人的劳动强度,保证了产品质量的稳定性。实现了自动化料舟出炉、钼粉收集、原料装载、料舟入炉等作业一体化、实现了现场自动控制和办公室监控管理作业一体化。

【Abstract】 Molybdenum powder reduction furnace are regarded as the major equipment of precious metal molybdenum powder to reduction production, similar equipments have also been widely applied in other countries, and part of it has been implemented to automated production. With the rapid development of the high-tech and the global economy, the growing demand for raw materials is getting larger and larger, the rare metals is greater, and precious metals molybdenum powder are in the considerable proportion with raw materials, the original way of manual operations of production and the artificial management is still being used in the current domestic, therefore it is necessary to design the automatic control system to satisfy with needs of the market. It was greater significance that the automatic control system was first researched and developed in the domestic.In accordance with the current situation, this article constructed a high-temperature molybdenum powder reduction furnace production automation control system according to the core of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control system and the assistance of PC supervising system. It is to analysis mostly production process of molybdenum powder reduction furnace in the text, manual and automated operation, as well as some the problems of automating process. Against the changes of furnace tube location and the task of the metal boat in and out, the text adopts the project which metal boat is delivered on platform of automatic walking mechanism and analyzes the design Notes about automatic walking mechanism. Against the door leaktightness, door security, and location changes, we design the integration of door and automatic tracking target acquisition of signal system to solve a series of door problem, design the project for the metal boat to carry out compaction fracturing and bottom layer bonded. For designing an automatic weighing and filling adaptive mechanism to solve the problem loading and weighing raw materials of Molybdenum powder. For all segments of the integer system to carry out design of modularized control, R & D based on the hierarchical and modularized structure, with good user’s interface, monitoring and management function PC system, design PLC control system software, to achieve automatic process of high temperature molybdenum powder reduction furnace production.Through theoretical analysis and practical verification, what the article designs automatic control systems of molybdenum powder reduction furnace production is significantly improves safety of the entire production process, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and ensures stability of product quality. The project realized operation integration of the metal boats automatic come out furnace, molybdenum powder collection, raw material loading, metal boats into the furnace, and monitor the management of office to the scene automatic control.
