包头市居住建筑节能设计与研究

【摘要】 建筑节能是贯彻可持续发展战略和科教兴国战略的一个重要方面,是执行节约能源、保护环境基本国策的重要组成部分,是我国经济体制改革和技术创新的迫切要求,也是当前世界性的大潮流和大趋势。这一潮流在许多国家带动着多方面的建筑技术蓬勃发展,国外建筑节能的理论研究和技术推广都取得成功经验。主要表现为政府重视,加强管理;全民动员,全行业参与;制订节能标准,严格执法;根据市场经济原则,通过经济利益驱动;对既有建筑进行节能改造;成熟的节能技术广泛应用,节能材料、设备、仪表成套供应市场。我国从上世纪八十年代开始注重建筑节能工作,通过广大建筑科技人员的努力,取得长足进展。进入新世纪以来,政府更加重视对建筑节能工作的领导和管理,建筑节能工作出现可喜新局面。主要表现为建筑节能的法规逐步完善。继不同气候地区的城镇居住建筑节能设计标准颁布实施外,2005年国家又发布了《公共建筑节能设计标准》,新的《居住建筑节能设计标准》已起草完毕,正在审批中。节能示范工程大批涌现,取得推广经验。建筑节能的管理组织逐步健全,建筑节能工作在全国范围内全面展开。我国正处于高速发展阶段,是建筑能耗大国。建筑能耗占到全国能源消费量的1/4-1/3。居住建筑用能数量巨大,浪费严重。我国的建筑节能工作处于发展阶段,与发达国家相比,还有很大差距,建筑节能任重道远。通过科学研究,节能建筑设计标准已制定,建筑节能措施正在逐步推广应用。通过科学研究,搞清了居住建筑节能基本原理和节能途径,对建筑物耗热量指标与采暖耗煤量指标作了科学的限定。对建筑热工设计作了相关规定,对外墙外保温工程制定作了技术规程,保温节能建筑的设计与施工有了科学保障。内蒙古包头市各项事业发展较快,住宅更是蓬勃发展,居住建筑节能任务繁重。本文通过对包头实际情况的分析,提出包头地区居住建筑节能的具体技术措施,存在问题及改进对策,对包头地区居住建筑节能设计工作提供一些理论依据,以促进包头地区建筑节能工作的健康发展。

【Abstract】 Green Architecture (building energy conservation) is one of the important aspect for penetrating the strategy of sustainable development and prosperity by science and education, and also the important part for fulfilling energy saving and environment protection. Since the green architecture pushes its suit for the reform of the economic system and the technological innovation, it is therefore the grand tidal spirit and tendency of the present world.The tidal spirit leads the rapid flourishing development for architectural technology and meanwhile the theoretical investigation and technological transfer has been achieved success in abroad, which is mainly manifested as follows:attention by the government, intensification of the management; mobilization of the entire people, participation of all walks of field; formulation of energy saving standards, strict enforcement of law; economic actuation based on marketing economic principle; energy alteration in conformity of existed architecture; the sophisticated energy saving technology could be applied and the supply markets for energy saving material, equipments as well as instruments are available.From 80’s of last century on, our country has attached importance to building energy conservation and has made rapid improvement. After entering the new century, the government attached more attention to leading and managing the building energy conservation, which makes a gratifying new conjuncture. It is mainly manifested as gradual integrity of code and standard of the building energy conservation. After the modify and integrity of designing standard of civil building energy conservation of different climate areas, the Designing Standard of Public Building Energy Conservation was issued by our government in 2005. And the new Designing Standard of Residential Building Energy Conservation has been drafted, which are being examined and approved now. Energy conservation demonstration projects come forth in bulk and popularizing experience is gained. Management organization of the building energy conservation is completed gradually. Building energy conservation work is expanded all-round nationally.China, big architecture energy consumption country, is at the stage of high speed development at present. The architectural energy consumption accounts for 1/4 to 1/3 of the country’s energy consumption, while the energy consumption for residential architecture is huge and badly wasted. The architecture energy saving job of our country is still developing and fall far behind the developed country. The load of architecture energy saving is heavy and the road is long.Judging from the scientific research of design standards on green architecture, the measures of saving energy for architecture are adopted gradually.By scientific research, it is easy to find the basic principles and energy-saving measures for green living architecture, at the same time, scientifically limited the indexes of heat consumption on architecture and coal consumption on heating. Make the related regulations of thermal performance design for architecture, and make the technical regulations on external insulation work of outside wall, and these measures are the scientific ensurement for the designing and engineering of insulating green architecture. For the development of Baotou city of Inner Mongolia on various aspects, especially living building, saving the energy of living architecture is very important. This paper gives the specific technical measures of green living architecture in Baotou, the problems and adaptation by analysising the specific condition of BaoTou, and gives some theory references for the green living architecture design in BaoTou to improve the healthy development of the green architecture in Baotou.
