AIS技术在航标上的应用

【摘要】 航标是航道的基础助航设施,直接影响船舶的航行安全。对于沿海航道的航标,雷达一直作为主要的观测设备,用来监测和识别航标。虽然随着技术的进步,雷达的性能得到了一定的提高,但始终难以克服其自身的局限性。随着通信技术和计算机技术的飞速发展,应运而生的船舶自动识别系统,即AIS (Automatic Identification System)技术显示出了卓越的优势。AIS系统与当前的雷达相比具有提供信息量大、实时性好、抗干扰能力强和越障碍传输等优点,将AIS技术引入航标系统中,必将会给海上航标监视带来革命性的进步,促进航标管理水平的提高。AIS系统可以向装有此设备的岸站、其它船舶和航行器自动提供本船的信息,诸如船舶识别码、船舶类型、位置、航向、速度、航行状态和相关的安全信息等,并且可以接收到其它装有此设备发出的信息。从使用功能的角度来说,AIS自动地监视和跟踪周围的船只,有利于海岸和港湾的船舶管理及海上船舶的安全航行。本文首先介绍了AIS技术产生的背景及其发展过程,并且对我国航标的发展状况进行了概述。针对当前航标(沿海航道航标)数字化的迫切要求和AIS技术的发展趋势,论文深入研究了AIS的技术原理和特点,对AIS技术在航标中应用的具体实现方式进行了阐述,同时,对AIS技术在航标系统上的应用方向做了分析。论文对航标AIS系统的总体方案进行了设计,分析了系统可以采用的通信方案,提出了系统应具备的总体功能,给出了航标AIS系统硬件、软件设计及组网结构方案。最后,论文对航标遥测遥控系统中AIS技术的应用进行了研究,指出了航标遥测遥控系统的关键问题和系统建设中需要关注的几个问题。

【Abstract】 Aids to Navigation is the basic establishment of sea-route of assisting navigation straightly effecting on the safety of shipping. For the Aids to Navigation of sea shore sea-route, radar is always the main observation for watching and identifying Navigation-mark. With the Progressing of technology the capability of radar is improved but it difficult to overcoming its flows. Along with the fast increasing of communication and computer technology, the advantage of AIS appears. Contrasted with the radar, AIS system is provided with the excellence such as large information quantity, real-time, strong anti-jamming and across-obstacle transmission and it will bring revolution progress in Aids to Navigation and the management level.AIS are intended to automatically provide own information such as ship identity, type, position, course, speed, navigational status and safety-related information to appropriately equipped shore stations, other ships and aircrafts, and it also can receive the information from similarly fitted ships. Thus AIS can automatically monitor and trace nearby ships,it is proper to manage ships in Marine and sail safely.Firstly, this paper introduces the background of AIS and its developing process, and has carried on the outline to the development of AtoN in our country.In view of the current navigation aid the digitized urgent need and the AIS technology’s trend of development, the paper deep researches AIS technical principle and the characteristic, the application realized the way to the AIS technology in the navigation aid to carry on, has made the analysis to the AIS technology on the navigation aid system’s application.Then the paper has carried on the design to the navigation aid AIS system’s overall concept, has analyzed the correspondence plan which the system may use, proposed the system should have the overall function, has given the navigation aid AIS system hardware, the software design and the network organization plan.Finally, this paper researches the AIS technology’s application in Aids to Navigation remote metering and control system, points out the system’s key question and the system construction needs to pay attention several questions.
