【摘要】 在经济全球化的今天,质量已成为企业竞争力的核心要素,是企业赖以生存的根本。先进而完善的质量管理可使企业降低成本,增加效益,进一步提高质量,促进企业的良性发展。论文通过对石化企业质量管理现状的分析,剖析了石化企业质量管理中存在的质量信息沟通差、质量数据差错率高、质量管理效率低等问题,提出了实验室作为质量检验机构在石化企业质量管理的重要地位,论述了提升其质量管理水平和改变其管理方式对整个企业的质量管理所起的作用。本文从质量管理的基本理论入手,详细介绍了实验室信息管理系统即LIMS对质量监控、质量信息的有效迅速传递、实现信息共享、提高质量管理效率,提高企业的质量管理水平的各项功能,说明了LIMS对石化企业质量管理的促进作用。同时,结合某石化公司LIMS实施的实际情况,从人、机、料、法、环等几方面进行了效果分析,肯定了LIMS对石化企业质量管理的提升和改善,同时也客观地提出了一些其尚未解决的问题,对其它同类企业LIMS的投用提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the economic globalization, quality has become a core element of corporate competitiveness nowadays. It is the essential element that companies depend on to survive. Advanced and sound quality management will enable companies to reduce costs, increase profits, make further improvement on quality, and promote the prosperous development of companies.By analyzing the current situation of the quality management in petrochemical corporations, the problems such as poor communication of quality information, high error rate of quality data, low efficiency of quality management, etc were found in the quality management. Then, the significant role of laboratories as quality inspection institutes in the quality management for petrochemical corporations was raised and by improving the management level and management mode of laboratories, it will play a crucial role in the quality management of the whole corporation.On the basic theory of quality management, the positive roles of LIMS (laboratory information management system) in the improvement of quality management for the petrochemical corporations by elaborating the functions of LIMS in the quality monitoring, transmission of quality information, information sharing, the efficiency of quality management and quality management level were emphasized. Meanwhile, by taking a petrochemical corporation that has implemented LIMS as an example, from the aspects of man, machinery, materials, methods and environment to further confirmed the role of LIMS in the improvement of quality management for petrochemical corporations and objectively puts forward some issues to be solved as well, which also provides useful reference for the companies of the similar kind in the introduction of LIMS.更多还原
