【摘要】 我国从20世纪60年代开始就致力于砂浆强度现场检测的研究,涌现出数十种现场检测砂浆强度的方法。通过对部分国内砌筑砂浆检测的研究比较,发现目前国内的研究只是停留在单个或者少数检测方法的单独研究,没有进行过多种方法之间的比较研究并建立各种检测方法之间的规律。实践证明,单独使用以上各方法中的一种,不能解决科学合理与减少影响之间的矛盾。因此有必要对砂浆强度现场检测不同方法之间的关系进行研究。养护龄期对混凝土强度影响的研究已十分成熟,但是养护龄期对砂浆强度的影响研究并不完善。因此针对以上问题,本文通过试验制作试件,分别按照相关规范和规程采用回弹法、砂浆片剪切法、标准养护试验法和同条件养护试验法检测砂浆的强度值,分析龄期对砂浆强度的影响并得出砂浆强度发展与龄期的关系曲线,并以标准试验值为基准,其他检测方法所得值均与标准值进行比较,得出各检测方法之间的关系和与标准值之间的差异;采用最小二乘法原理以5种函数形式分别对不同的检测方法所得的测试数据进行回归计算,分别给出各检测方法的天津市的测强曲线和测强计算公式。并分析误差。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China research on field detection of mortar strength has began in 1960s and tens of mortar strength of the field detection have emergenced.Through the comparision of part masonry mortar detection research in China,it is discovered that present research in China only stay the separate research of single or minority detection methods and no research on comparision of different detection methods and regularity among them. Practices have proved that the application of only one detection method cann’t solve the contradiction between scientific rationality and effect reduction.So it is necessary to study the relationship among the different methods of mortar field detection. The influence of curing age on concrete strength has had a ripe research,but on mortar strength not perfect.So aimed at the above-mentioned problem,we have made up sample and detected strength of mortar by Rebound Method,Method of Mortar Flake,standard curing test and natural curing test according to interrelated standard and regulations.The paper mainly has analyzed the impact of curing age on mortar strength and obtained relationship curve between development of mortar strength and curing time.With the standard value as the datum,the actual value abtained by Rebound Method and Method of Mortar Flake is compared with standard value.It is gained that the relationship between Rebound Method and Method of Mortar Flake and the difference from standard value.Using the principle of least squares method,five kinds of function form are adopted to regression analysis test value.Finally detecting strength curves of Tianjin and formula of calculating strength are obtained.更多还原
