【摘要】 本文以陕西省地方税务局“秦税工程”信息化建设为背景,分析了当前税收信息化的现状,并根据当前征管业务系统的需求设计出了违法违章处理模块,解决了当前纳税人违法违章手工管理,管理权限过于集中等问题。本文研究了当前流行的Web开发技术,包括MVC设计模式、Struts实现MVC的机制、AJAX技术及Oracle数据库基础,同时,本文深入研究了系统开发架构PTF(Prient Framework),并介绍了该平台的优点和技术特点,以及PTF的开发接口。首先,分析了违法违章系统的业务需求,给出了系统的业务流程及用例,并对用例进行了描述。其次,本文对系统进行了系统的总体设计,包括功能模块的设计、数据库的设计并对数据库进行了实现,同时,本文还给出了详细的设计。最后,本文对系统进行了开发实现,实现了自动登记违法违章事件和手工登记违法违章事件,手工登记违法违章包括程序的流程、开发步骤及详细设计,设计完成后对系统的部分功能进行了描述,并进行了系统测试。最后,总结了本次工作的意义及存在的不足,并对以后的工作提出了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the situation of current tax informationg constructrion is analysized, processing module of violation of law is designed, and the following matter is resolved ,the current taxpayers of violation of law by hand in the managementand and the rights is too focused .it take Local Tax Bureau of Shaanxi Province, "Qin tax project" information construction as the background and based on the The needs of the current system .The current popularity of Web development technologies is studied, including the MVC design pattern, Struts to achieve MVC mechanism, AJAX technology and Oracle database infrastructure. at the same time, the paper studys of the systems development architecture PTF (Prient Framework) in-depth, and introduced the platform advantages and technical features, and describes the development of PTF interface. Firstly, the requirements of violation of law system are analysized, and the system’s business processes and use cases is given, and use cases are described. Secondly, the paper carried out a detailed system design, including functional module design, database design and database to achieve, the paper also gives the overall design of the system at the same time. Finally, the paper implemented the system, the automatic registration and manual registration of incidents of violation of law is achieved, manual registration process including procedures for development process and detailed design, the features described in detail after the completion, and conducted system testing.At last, the work of this significance and shortcomings is summarized, and future work is prospected.更多还原
