适用于风力发电的定子双绕组感应发电系统研究

【摘要】 本文以变速风力发电为背景,介绍了一种新型感应发电系统—定子双绕组感应发电系统,相对于传统的三相感应发电机而言,该系统所采用的双绕组感应发电机有其独特的特点和优势,其定子上安置了两套绕组,一套为功率绕组,对外输出功率,另一套控制绕组,连接励磁变换器,调节励磁无功电流,使得系统在变速变负载条件下,保持功率绕组输出电压幅值恒定。定子双绕组感应发电系统能够应用于变速风力发电场合,但是在变速条件下,功率绕组输出三相交流电频率不固定,所以该系统适用于带整流型负载,作为高压直流电源使用,这种变速高压直流发电系统可以应用到变速风力发电系统中去,该方案与目前提出的海上变速风力发电系统高压直流集电输送方案相一致,具有很强的工程应用前景。本文在三相电路瞬时功率理论的基础上,阐述了定子双绕组感应发电系统的基本控制原理。采用了实验室现有的dSPACE控制平台,按照dSPACE平台的开发步骤,对20kW/540V原理样机进行研究,首先设计了系统参数,随后深入分析了系统模型,建立了控制环路的PI参数传递函数模型,对PI参数进行了设计,在MATLAB软件中,对系统进行了深入而细致的仿真研究,并在dSPACE硬件控制平台中对此原理样机进行了实验研究,完成了系统建压、带载、变速、效率和温升等实验。按照工程设计的需求,又采用了一套基于DSP的控制平台,设计了此平台的软件和部分硬件,验证了平台和软件的可行性。最后对下一步研究工作进行了展望,提出了一些目前迫切需要解决的重难点问题。
【Abstract】 Based on the background of Variable-speed wind power, a new type of squirrel-cage induction generator system, dual stator-winding induction generator system is described in this paper. This system can be used in wind energy generation field. This generator is different from traditional induction generator. It has some unique advantages. There are two separated windings embedded in the stator slots: One, referred to as three-phase power winding, which supplies power to the DC load via a three-phase uncontrolled bridge rectifier, and the other, called control winding, which compensates reactive current to keep power winding DC side voltage constant when speed varies or load changes.Dual stator-winding generation system can be applied in Variable-speed wind energy generation systems. But its output three-phase voltage frequency changes according to the drive speed and load. In this case, it is particularly suitable for a system with a load of three-phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier. Therefore,it can be used in High-Voltage DC Variable-speed wind energy generation system, which is consistent with the way of off-shore HVDC Variable-speed wind energy generation and has a promising future of engineering applicationsIn this paper, based on the foundation of Three-phase circuits’instantaneous power theory, the basic principle of dual stator-winding generation system is described clearly. According to the development steps of dSPACE platform, the research of 20kW/540V testing prototype generator is processed in the existing dSPACE control platform, including the design of system parameters, the analysis of the system model, the establishment of a PI control model and the calculation of PI parameters. Additionally, the simulation of the system model is researched deeply in the MATLAB and the experiments of the20kW/540V testing prototype generator is studied in the dSPACE platform, such as the voltage setup, wide speed rang, step change of load, the efficiency of different loads and the rise of temperature. According to the engineering requirements, another control platform of DSP is also designed to prove the feasibility of hardware and software. In the last part of this paper, the Prospect of next researches is presented, and some problems we have to solve urgently are also put forward.
