一指禅推支沟穴对外科术后患者大便影响的临床观察

【摘要】 目的：采用随机对照临床试验,观察一指禅推支沟穴对外科术后患者大便的影响,评价支沟穴促进外科术后排便的效应,为临床推拿防治外科术后便秘选择穴位提供依据。方法：将符合纳入标准的168例外科术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用一指禅推支沟穴,每次10分钟,每日3次；对照组采用空白对照。两组均观察患者首次排气、排便的时间。结果：两组患者基线状况良好,分组均衡,具有可比性。两组患者首次排气、排便时间比较无统计学差异(p>0.05)。结论：一指禅推支沟穴不能促进外科术后患者的大便排出。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of manipulating yizhichan method to push zhigou acupoints on the bowel movement after receiving surgery, and evaluate the effect of zhigou acupoints on constipation, in order to provide evidence for clinical treatment to constipation with tuina method.Methods:Divide 168 patients into 2 groups in random, namely treating group and comparison group. Treating group were treated by manipulating yizhichan method to push zhigou acupoints, 10mins everytime,3 times everyday, comparison group were without treatment. Make comparison to the time of the first flatus and bowel movement time after surgery of each group.Result:(1) The level from baseline of the treatment group was similar to that of the comparision group (P>0.05). (2) No statistic differences were found between the treating group (P>0.05)and comparison group(P>0.05).Conclusion:No statistic differences were found in comparison with the bowel movement between the treating group (P>0.05)and comparison group(P>0.05)
