南昌东外环绕城高速公路监控系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、通信技术的迅猛发展,信息技术广泛应用于社会的各个方面。伴随着中国经济的飞速发展,高速公路成为我国国民经济基础设施重要组成部分,高速公路监控系统的技术结构也随之发生变化,由单一的计算机集中处理方式代之为多计算机功能分散的计算机网络处理方式,从而使系统可靠性提高,程序编制简单,易于维护和功能扩展,由于光缆及电子技术的发展,使应用于监控系统中的各种设备向智能化方向发展,使今后高速公路的监控系统具有更强的功能。本文按照信息系统工程的思想方法,研究和讨论了南昌东绕城高速公路警用监控系统的分析、设计、实现。为高速公路的交通警察大队研究设计一个系统运行稳定,可靠,人机界面良好,操作方便的高速公路监控系统,为交警大队的平时路面管理、事故预警以及快速的出警等提供帮助。首先研究讨论了高速公路监控系统的研究背景意义、国内外研究现状,其次进行了系统的需求分析,其中详细的研究了系统的各种功能需求,讨论了系统各主要功能业务流程。接着进行了系统设计,重点提出了整体框架设计和各模块设计,而在系统实现阶段描述了的各个模块实现的典型功能截图和部分使用简介。最后对系统的研究和开发工作进行了总结。
【Abstract】 The information technique have applied in each aspect of society along with swift development of communication of computer technique, highway has been an important basic installations of national economy in our country along with the high speed development of Chinese economy. The transformation is also occurred in technical configuration of monitor and control system for highway, the managed mode with single concentrated treatment by one computer is replaced as one with separate net treatment by multi-computer. So the reliability of system is improved consequently, for this mode, the compilation of treatment program is simple, maintenance and function extensibility are easy. Because the evolution was occurred in mini-computer with optical fiber cable and micro-electrical technique, the highway monitor and control system will have more strong function due to the intelligentize development in all kinds of installations of monitor and control system.This thesis investigated and discussed the analysis, design and realization of monitor and control system for traffic police used in highway around east city of Nanchang according to the engineering method of communication system. One highway monitor and control system is succeed in evolution, this system is provided with stable, reliable function, good interface between human and computer, convenient operation. It can offer good assistance of administration of road case in peacetime, pre-alert of accident and turn out for alarm quickly for traffic police departmentFirst, the investigation and discussion about the background purport and status around the world of exploiture for highway monitor and control system are described in this thesis. Secondly, the requirement for system is analyzed, including the detailed description about requirement for system functions, executing flow chart of mainly system functions. Then, in design phase of monitor and control system, the global frame and modules design are emphasized, in realization phase of monitor and control system, the cutting figure of each module function and the utilization introduction in partial are described. Finally, the conclusion and expectation for investigation and exploiture of monitor and control system in the future are written in the thesis.
