【摘要】 随着全球知识经济的日益发展和我国改革开放的日益深入,研究生教育成为我国科学技术创新的源头、国家综合实力提升的关键。黑龙江省高校的研究生教育肩负着为振兴东北老工业基地输送各级、各类高层次人才的重任,其研究生教育质量的高低将影响黑龙江省经济的发展。研究生生源质量的高低将直接影响研究生教育的质量,为此,建立黑龙江省高校研究生生源质量评价体系,对黑龙江省高校研究生生源质量进行科学的评价,对促进黑龙江省硕士研究生教育的发展及其质量的持续提高具有十分重要的意义。论文对黑龙江省高校研究生生源质量评价研究的背景及国内外研究现状进行剖析,以此作为本论文的研究起点。论文对研究生生源质量评价的相关理论进行阐述,形成本文的理论框架。论文对黑龙江省高校研究生招生现状进行深入分析,指出黑龙江省高校研究生招生存在的问题,进而分析了影响黑龙江省高校研究生生源质量的原因,构建了黑龙江省高校研究生生源质量评价指标体系,并运用灰色聚类法建立了黑龙江省高校研究生生源质量灰色聚类评价模型。论文在建立黑龙江省高校研究生生源质量灰色聚类评价模型的基础上,对哈尔滨工程大学进行实证分析,论文在上述研究的基础上提出提高黑龙江省高校研究生生源质量的对策建议：改善黑龙江省高校办学条件、加强学科建设；加强招生宣传力度,吸引优秀生源；重视复试工作,保证研究生招生质量；建立激励机制,广泛争取优秀生源；加快黑龙江省经济发展,摆脱地域的制约,实现黑龙江省高等教育可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of global knowledge economy and the deepening of reform and opening-up, graduate education becomes the source of science and technology innovation of our country and the key to promote the nation’s comprehensive strength. Graduate education of Heilongjiang province undertakes the important task—transporting all kinds of high-level talents for revitalizing the Northeast Old Industrial Base and the quality of graduate education will influence the economic development of Heilongjiang province. The quality of graduate student source will influence the quality of graduate education directly; therefore, establishing graduate student-source quality evaluation system of Heilongjiang province can appraise graduate student source quality scientifically, promote the graduate education development and make its quality enhance continuously.This thesis analyzes the background of graduate student-source quality evaluation research of Heilongjiang province and the current situation both domestic and abroad, which is regarded as the research starting point. The thesis states relevant theories of graduate student-source quality evaluation and form the theory frame. The thesis deeply analyzes the current situation of graduate enrollment of Heilongjiang, points out the existing problems, then further analyses the reason that influences the graduate student-source quality, structure the graduate student-source quality evaluation target system of universities in Heilongjiang province, and apply grey clustering method to set up the grey clustering model of graduate student-source quality evaluation system of universities in Heilongjiang province.On the basis of the grey clustering model of graduate student-source quality evaluation system of universities in Heilongjiang province, this thesis uses Harbin Engineering University as the demonstration analysis. Based on the research above, this thesis puts forward some suggestion and countermeasure to promote the graduate student source quality:improve the schooling condition for universities of Heilongjiang province and strengthen the discipline construction; strengthen the recruiting propaganda and attract the outstanding student source; pay attention to the reexamination and guarantee the graduate enrollment quality; establish incentive mechanism and strive for the outstanding student source extensively; quicken the economic development of Heilongjiang province, get rid of the region restriction and realize the sustainable development of higher education in Heilongjiang province.更多还原
