【摘要】 度假旅游已成为旅游市场发展的一大趋势。经过近些年来的开发建设,我国的旅游度假区建设在度假区规划、基础设施建设、招商引资、旅游产品等方面均取得了较大进展。但在获得巨大经济推动力的同时中,旅游度假区的运营和管理也存在着诸多不如人意的地方,大多数旅游度假区的经营状况差强人意,运营状态也不甚理想。旅游度假区要想在激烈的市场竞争中保持对旅游市场的吸引力,必须掌握其自身的运营现状。目前来说,关于旅游度假区运营力的研究尚属欠缺。在此背景下,本文以抚仙湖旅游度假示范区为对象,进行了初步研究。本文首先分析目前我国旅游度假区的建设现状,对旅游度假区发展的存在问题加以分析。然后独创性地提出了旅游度假区运营力的概念与界定,接着从直接和间接两方面分析影响旅游度假区运营力大小的相关因子,进而提出旅游度假区运营力的构成体系。该体系主要分为三大块:旅游市场运营力、旅游产业运营力和可持续发展运营力。并在此基础上构建出旅游度假区运营力的评价指标体系。笔者选取了抚仙湖旅游度假区作为研究对象。通过大量的调查研究后笔者分析了抚仙湖旅游度假区的旅游开发建设现状,再运用模糊指数法对抚仙湖旅游度假区进行了试评价,并进行了评价结果分析和应用研究,为提高抚仙湖旅游度假示范区运营力提出了一些浅显的看法和意见。最后,通过一系列的研究,针对如何提高旅游度假区运营力的问题,本文最终得出发展旅游产业集群化、优化旅游产品结构等几点途径与策略,以供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vacation tourism has already been a tendency of tourism market. As a result of development and construction in recent years,resort development has made much progress of resort planning、basic facilities、tourist products,etc.But at the same time the resort has got economic energy,the resort has many problems about operation and management, the management of most resorts takes on a passable state.their operation is not good.So the resort wants to keep its position,the resort can control itsself fully.At present,the research about resort operation is lack and deficient.Aganist the background this dissertation make preliminary research of Fuxian Lake Resort.The dissertation firstly analyzes present condition of our country’s resorts nowdays ,makes an analysis of some basic problems of resort development in our country.Then puts forward the conception of Resort Operation Power ,immediately after it the author analyzes relative factors of resort operation energy from direct and indirect aspects,then formed a structure system.this system includes three parts:the operation energy of tourist market、the operation energy of tourism industry and the operation energy of sustainable development. Finally an index system of comprehensive evaluation is built.The author chooses Fuxian Lake Resort as research target.After much survey and research the author analyzes development conditions and construction conditions of Fuxian Lake Resort,then we evaluate status of Fuxian Lake Resort and come to the conclusion that the evaluation system is feasible and suitable.At last the author poses some opinions and views for enhancing Resort Operation Power.Through the research of Resort Operation Power, we find shortcomings of resort operation,and put forward several proposals as reference.更多还原
