【摘要】 自然资源是人类社会发展的基础,各国和各地区社会经济持续发展都必须建立在自然资源基础之上,随着人口规模和经济发展水平的快速增长,经济发展与自然资源基础的协调状态已经成为各国和各地区持续发展的首要任务和基本目标。本文根据中国科学院张雷研究员对人地关系演进状态的研究,选取国家和社会依赖程度最高和最普遍的五大“公共性资源”(要素),即土地资源、淡水资源、森林资源、能源资源和矿产资源,结合人口和GDP状况,采用先集成后分散(单要素分析)的做法,对云南省社会经济发展的资源环境基础暨人地关系演进从宏观上进行了相关研究与探讨。全文分共为五个部分:第一部分介绍了论文研究背景和研究的相关内容,主要包括论文选题意义和研究路线,社会经济发展的资源环境基础的相关概念、相关理论及研究进展,并对本文将要运用的研究方法进行了简要说明。第二部分首先对云南省社会经济发展依赖程度最高的五类自然资源从宏观上进行了简要分析,然后根据张雷研究员提出的区域资源环境保障系数和人地关系演进状态计算模型,分别从云南省与其背景地域(全国)、相关地域(西南诸省)和次级地域(各个地市州)三个层次对云南省社会经济发展的资源环境基础作了比较分析。并根据云南省今后的人口增长和经济发展水平的研究成果,对云南省未来人地关系演进状态做了计算分析。第三部分分别对选取的资源环境指标(五类自然资源)按整体情况、开发利用特点、供需状况和可能的发展趋势,采用定性和定量方法做了分析说明。第四部分根据第二部分和第三部分的分析结果,分别对云南省土地资源、淡水资源、矿产资源、能源资源和森林资源的开发利用中问题作了分析,并提出今后可持续发展的相关建议。第五部分总结了本文的主要结论及有待进一步研究的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural resources are the human and social development foundation, national and regional sustainable socio-economic development must be based on natural resources as the basis of population size and level of economic development. The natural resource base of the state has become a coordinated priorities and basic objectives. This article selects five "public resources" (essential factors),namely, land resources, freshwater resources, forest resources, mineral resources and energyresources , analysis the relation between the economic development and the nature resource.The paper includes five parts.part one: Introduction the background papers and research in the relevant content . Thesis topics including major significance and research line, the socio-economic development of resources and the environment based on the relevant concepts, theory and research progress, and this paper will be used in the method of summary statementpart two: first from on macroscopic has carried on the brief analysis to the Yunnan Province social economy development level of dependency highest five kind of natural resource, then the basis open the region resources environment safeguard coefficient and the man-land evolution condition computation model which the thunder researcher proposed. eparately from Yunnan Province the background region (nation), the correlation region (southwest various provinces) and the secondary region (each city state) three levels has made the comparative analysis to the Yunnan Province social economy development resources environment foundation. And will act according to the Yunnan Province next population growth and the economy level of development research results , future the person relations evolution condition has made the computation analysis to Yunnan Provincepart three: analysis the five resources about overall situation, the supply and demand condition ,the possible development tendency by the qualitative and quantitative methods.Part four: according to part two and part three analysis results , analysis the development and utilization issues about five resources from the land , fresh water, mineral resource, energy resources and forest resources. for the future sustainable development of relevant recommendations.Part five: summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and would be subject to further study the issue.更多还原
