【摘要】 当代中国大学生群体是执政党最重要的青年群众基础,处于转型期的中国当代大学生政治参与现状充满激情与冷漠、理性与盲目等等矛盾的交织;改进大学生的政治参与,必须在深入分析影响大学生政治参与发展的经济、政治、文化环境因素及高校培养因素的前提下对症下药,而在坚持马克思主义政治文化主导地位的前提下,弘扬中国优秀传统政治文化、合理吸收西方政治文化的积极因素,进而在改革目前高校培养模式、特别是改革大学生思想政治理论课教学模式的同时,积极实施对大学生的文化教育和熏陶,应该是对策中的侧重所在。论文前言主要阐明了论文选题的研究意义和当前相关选题的研究现状及水平,明确了论文以党的十七大召开以后的中国当代大学生的政治参与作为研究对象。第一部分主要对大学生政治参与的基本理论作了概述。探讨了学界关于“政治参与”的不同定义之区别,提出了常态政治参与和非常态政治参与都应属于政治参与范畴的论断,简要分析了政治冷漠的定义,并对当代大学生政治参与的表现形式和发展大学生政治参与的意义进行了归纳和讨论。第二部分剖析了当代中国大学生政治参与的现状。认为处于转型期的中国大学生主体利益意识迅速觉醒、政治参与能力不断提高、参与方式不断更新。但是,不可逆转而纷繁复杂的社会变革和多元思想文化的激荡也会使大学生在政治参与中会有难以完全摆脱的困惑,因而呈现出激情与冷漠交融、理性与盲目同在、常态化与非常态化并存、社会本位取向与个人本位取向交织、参政意识较强与能力较低并存的这样一种矛盾而复杂的局面。第三部分分析了影响大学生政治参与的主要因素。侧重从经济环境、政治环境、文化环境和高校培养方式四个方面论证了影响大学生政治参与的构成因素及其表现。特别认为,大学生应当是具有“文化人”意义的青年群体和受教育群体,是否形成蓬勃向上的政治文化氛围,高等教育的功能、定位和培养模式是否科学,应该是影响大学生政治参与发展的关键因素所在。第四部分对改进大学生政治参与进行了对策探寻。从多个角度深入分析了通过构建稳健的经济环境,优化大学生政治参与的政治环境,多角度、全方位营造良好的政治文化环境进而优化高校培养模式以改进大学生政治参与现状的方法。论文最后认为,由于处于改革开放中的时代的进步性和多变性,影响大学生政治参与的因素是纷繁复杂的,形成激情与理性并茂的大学生政治参与局面,需要社会、学校、家庭、大学生个人多方面的努力,我们应该继续深化对发展大学生政治参与的理论研究和实践模式探讨,从而为国家政治文明建设与民族的繁荣和复兴做出应有贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The group of contemporary Chinese college students is the most important foundation for young people of the ruling party. In the transition of contemporary Chinese college students, the political participation current situation is full of contradictions, such as passion and apathy, sense and blind, etc. To improve the political participation of students, we must analyses and deal with relationship between development of political participation and economic, political, cultural environmental factors and college cultivation factor. Meanwhile, in the premise of insisting on the Marxist political and cultural dominance, we must carry forward the Chinese traditional political culture, and reasonably absorb the positive factors of Western political culture, so that we should revolute the college cultivation mode, especially revolute the ideological and political theory teaching mode. It should be reflected in the countermeasures that actively carry out the students’ cultural education and influence.The paper foreword clarifies the research significance of paper topics and the related topics’ research situation and level. Also the paper foreword clears the contemporary Chinese college students as research object, after the Chinese Communist Party 17th Congress.The first part is the main overview of the basic theory for college students’ political participation. It discusses the different definitions of "political participation" in academia, and points the thesis that the normal and abnormal political participations should belong to the political participation, and simply analyses the definition of political apathy. The part summarizes and discusses the representation forms and significance of the political participation.The second part analyses the political participation Current Situation of Chinese College Students. In the transition of contemporary Chinese college students, the interests of awareness awakes rapidly, the ability of political participation improves constantly, participation forms upgrade constantly. Nevertheless, the college students’ political participation is difficult to shake off confusion when the social revolution takes place irreversible and complex, and the multi-ideology culture is agitated. So the participation represents the features of passion and apathy, sense and blind, normal and abnormal, community-based and individual-based, and meanwhile represents that though the college students have a strong political awareness, they lack of abilities.The third part analyses the main factors of influencing the college students’ political participation. It discusses that the components and representations of political participation depend on 4 aspects: economic environment, political environment, cultural environment and college cultivation. Especially believe that college students should be a "cultural" and educated young group. It must be the main point of influence the college students’ political participation that vigorous atmosphere of political culture and whether the college education’s function, position, and cultivation modal are scientific.The forth part is about the countermeasures and explore of improving the college students’ political participation. From a few angles, it is analyzing that the fine political environment of college students’ political participation is based on the stable economic environment. Generally, establishing a fine political cultural environment can improve the college cultivation mode, so as to improve the methods of college students’ political participation current situation.In conclusion of the paper, because of the progressive and changeable time of Reform and opening-up, and complex factors of college students’ political participation, it forms the political participation situation of co-existence of passion and rationality. Society, college, family and college students need work together, and should go on developing the theoretical research and practical mode discussion of college students’ political participation, so as to contribute the construction of the national political civilization and national prosperity and rejuvenation.更多还原
