艾灸足三里、三阴交对女子400m田径运动员冬训期免疫机能的影响

The Influnce of Immune Founction on Moxibustion Zusanli,Sanyinjiaos in Tack and Field Team Woman’s 400m Athletes in the Winter Training Period

【摘要】 本研究以陕西省田径队女子400m运动员为受试对象,以外周血IgG、IgA、IgM和白细胞及其分类为免疫检测指标,探讨艾灸足三里和三阴交对运动员免疫机能的影响。本研究中的实验数据和结果,可为田径运动员冬训期免疫机能的研究以及促进机体免疫功能恢复的方法提供参考资料。24名运动员经过6周大负荷训练后,按照配对分组原则分为对照组、艾灸足三里组、艾灸三阴交组、艾灸足三里+三阴交组,每组6人。干预总时间为4周,每周艾灸6次,每次每穴艾灸20min。实验第1天、6周末、8周末及实验结束时次日晨采集所有受试者静脉血5ml,立即注入EDTA抗凝管2ml测试白细胞及其分类,剩余3ml静脉血注入离心管常温静置30min后于2500rpm离心10min,取上清液保存在小试管中, -20℃冻存,备用测IgA、IgG、IgM。采用单向放射状免疫扩散法测IgG、IgA、IgM;用全血细胞分析仪测定白细胞及其分类,实验数据组内前后比较用t检验,组间采用方差分析,百分比比较用x2检验,以p<0.05为差异显著性水平。结果表明:(1)艾灸干预4周内,患病总数18人次,占总人次18.75%。对照组24人次中患上呼吸道感染、腹泻等9人次,患病率为37.5%;艾灸干预组72人次中患上呼吸道感染、腹泻等9人次,患病率为12.5%,两组间有显著性差异(p<0.05)。(2)对照组免疫指标的变化:冬训6周末时IgG、WBC较冬训前基础值下降(p<0.01),GRAN和GRAN%有极其显著性的下降(p<0.001);8周末和实验结束时IgG、WBC、GRAN和GRAN%较冬训前值下降(p<0.001);8周末时,IgA较冬训前值下降(p<0.05),LYM%升高(p<0.05),实验结束时IgA较冬训前值下降(p<0.01)。(3)艾灸足三里组免疫指标的变化:冬训6周末时运动员IgA、IgG较冬训前基础值下降(p<0.01),WBC、GRAN下降(p<0.05), LYM%上升(p<0.05);实验结束时IgG较6周末时上升(p<0.01),WBC、GRAN、IgA较6周末时上升(p<0.05),GRAN%上升到正常值范围低线,IgG、IgA、IgM较基础值低,LYM%从6周末逐渐下降。(4)艾灸三阴交组免疫指标的变化:冬训6周末时运动员IgA、IgG较冬训前基础值下降(p<0.01), WBC、GRAN、GRAN%和LYM下降(p<0.05),而LYM%上升(p<0.05);实验结束时IgG较6周末时上升(p<0.05),IgA较6周末时上升(p<0.05),LYM、LYM%较6周末时有下降趋势。(5)艾灸足三里+三阴交组免疫指标的变化:冬训6周末时运动员IgA、IgG、WBC和GRAN%较冬训前基础值下降(p<0.01),GRAN较冬训前基础值下降(p<0.05), LYM%上升(p<0.001);8周末时GRAN%较6周末时上升(p<0.05),LYM和LYM%较6周末时下降(p<0.05);实验结束时IgG、IgA较6周末时上升(p<0.01),IgA升高到基础值水平,WBC、GRAN和GRAN%较6周末时上升(p<0.001),LYM较6周末时有下降趋势,而LYM%较6周末时下降(p<0.001)。(6)各组间免疫指标的变化:6周末时,各组队员IgG、IgA都比冬训前基础值显著下降(p<0.05),各组值属于正常值的低限,且各组间比较无显著性差异。8周末时,艾灸足三里+三阴交组同艾灸三阴交组IgG比升高(p<0.01),GRAN%升高(p<0.05),艾灸足三里+三阴交组同艾灸足三里组、对照组IgG比较升高(p<0.01)。LYM%较对照组、艾灸足三里、艾灸三阴交组下降(p<0.05)。实验结束时,艾灸足三里+三阴交组比艾灸三阴交组IgG、WBC升高(p<0.01);艾灸足三里+三阴交组同艾灸足三里组比较:IgG升高(p<0.05),LYM%降低(p<0.001),GRAN、GRAN%升高(p<0.05)。艾灸足三里+三阴交组同对照组比较:IgG、WBC升高(p<0.001), IgA、GRAN%升高(p<0.05),LYM数量下降(p <0.05)、LYM%降低(p<0.001),GRAN、GRAN%升高(p<0.001);艾灸足三里+三阴交组同三阴交组比较:IgA、GRAN、GRAN%升高(p<0.001),LYM%降低(p <0.01),IgM升高(p<0.05);艾灸足三里组较对照组IgG、IgA升高(p<0.05)。结论:(1)艾灸足三里和三阴交穴可抑制运动性免疫低下,促进免疫机能的恢复;(2)艾灸三阴交对运动性免疫低下的影响以促进体液免疫机能的恢复为主;(3)艾灸足三里可促进体液免疫和细胞免疫机能的恢复;(4)三组艾灸干预措施中,艾灸足三里+三阴交穴组效果最佳,艾灸足三里次之,艾灸三阴交组相对较差。

【Abstract】 The research aims to discuss the influence of immune founction of Moxibustion Zusanli,Sanyinjiaos in Athletes.It takes the track and field team 400m Athletes of Shaanxi Province as its target and the circumference blood IgG, IgA, IgM , WBC and its classification as the immunity detection indicator. The data and result of this research can be used as the reference materials in the research of the athlete’s immune function as well as the promotion of the restore function of organism immunity.According to the principle of matching,the researcher divided 24 athletes into Contrast Group, Moxibustion Zusanli Group,Moxibustion Sanyinjiao Group and Moxibustion Zusanli + Sanyinjiao Groups , which has experienced high intensity training for 6 weeks .Each group has 6 people.The total time of interference is 4 weeks,moxibustion used to be 6 times a week and 15 minuts a time.The researcher collected morning blood 5ml on the 1th day ,the end of the 6th week and the end of the 8th week of the experiment.Then,we put it into EDTA anticoagulant tubes immediately 2ml testing and classification of leukocytes, and place the remaining 3ml venous blood on the centrifuge tube at room temperature .After standing 30min,2500rpm centrifuge 10min, the researcher take the supernatant stored in small test tube, -20℃cryopreservation, spare measured IgA, IgG, IgM.The experiment takes one-way radial immunodiffusion to test IgG, IgA, and takes analyzer determination of whole blood cell to test leukocyte and its classification. Experimental data should be treated with T tests in the group and anova analysis between groups. the percentage comparison be treated with x2 tests for significant differences (p<0.05).Results:(1) The experiment has last for 4 weeks, the total cases of illness is18 , accounting for 18.75% of the total ; There are 9 cases of respiratory infections and diarrhea in the Contrast Group, accounting for 37.5% of the total 24 cases; There are 9cases of respiratory infections and diarrhea in the intervention group,accounting for 12.5% of the total 72 cases,the two groups have significant difference(p<0.05).(2)The Immune Index Changes of Contrast GroupIgG and WBC have a decline(p<0.01)at the end of the 6-week winter training compared with the winter training before,GRAN and GRAN% have decreased significantly(p<0.01);IgG,WBC, GRAN and GRAN% have a decline(p<0.001)at the end of the 8-week winter training and at the end of the experiment compared with the winter training before;IgA has decreased(p<0.05)at the end of the 8-week winter trainingcompared with the winter training before;LYM% has increased (p<0.05)at the end of the experiment ;IgA has decreased (p<0.01)compared with the winter training before.(3)The Immune Index Changes of Moxibustion Zusanli Group IgA, IgG of athletes has decreased(p<0.01)compared with the winter training before;WBC and GRAN have a trend of decreasing (p<0.05);,LYM% has increased (p<0.05);IgG has increased (p<0.01)at the end of the experiment compared with the end of the 6-week winter training;WBC,GRAN and IgA have increased (p<0.05)compared with the end of the 6-week winter training;GRAN% increased to the bottom of the normal data;IgG,IgA and IgM are lower than the basic data;LYM% has gradually dropped from the end of the 6-week winter training.(4) The Immune Index Changes of Moxibustion Sanyinjiao GroupAthletes’ IgA, IgG of the 6-week winter training has decreased(p<0.01)compared with the winter training before;WBC,GRAN,GRAN% and LYM has decreased(p<0.05);Mearnwhile,LYM% has increased(p<0.05);IgG and IgA have increased(p<0.05)at the end of the experiment compared with the 6-week winter training;Both LYM and LYM% have gradually dropped compared with the end of the 6-week winter training.(5)The Immune Index Changes of Moxibustion Zusanli + Sanyinjiao GroupIgA,IgG,WBC and GRAN% of athletes have decreased (p<0.01)at the end of the 6-week winter training compared with the winter training before; LYM% has increased(p<0.001);At the end of the 8-week winter training, GRAN% has increased(p<0.05); LYM and LYM% have decreased(p<0.05);At the end of the experiment,IgG and IgA have increased(p<0.01)compared with the end of the 6th week;IgA increased to the basic values level;WBC,GRAN and GRAN% have increased(p<0.01);Both LYM and LYM% have a trend of decline(p<0.001).(6) The Immune Index Changes Between the GroupsAt the end of the 6th week,IgG and IgA of each group athletes have significantly decreased(p<0.05)compared with the basic values of winter training before,the value of each group belongs to the lower limit of normal,and there is no significant differences between each group. At the end of the 8th week, both IgG and GRAN% of the Moxibustion Zusanli Group + SanyinjiaoGroup have increased(p<0.01);IgG of the Moxibustion Zusanli Group + Sanyinjiao Group has increased(p<0.01)compared with the Moxibustion Zusanli Group;LYM% has decreased (p<0.05)compared with the Mmoxibustion Zusanli Group,Moxibustion Sanyinjiao Group and Contrast Group.At the end of the experiment,both IgG and WBC of the Moxibustion Zusanli Group + Sanyinjiao Group have increased(p<0.01)compared with the Moxibustion Sanyinjiao Group;The data of the Moxibustion Zusanli Group + Sanyinjiao Group compare to the data of Moxibustion Zusanli Group:IgG increased(p<0.05); LYM% decreased(p<0.001);Both GRAN and GRAN% increased(p<0.05).The data of the Moxibustion Zusanli Group + Sanyinjiao Group compare to Contrast Group: IgG,WBC increased(p<0.001);IgA ,GRAN and GRAN% increased(p<0.05);LYM declined(p <0.05);LYM% decreased(p<0.001);Both GRAN and GRAN% increased(p<0.001);The data of the Moxibustion Zusanli Group + Sanyinjiao Group compare to the Moxibustion Sanyinjiao Group: IgA,GRAN and GRAN% increased(p<0.001);LYM% decreased (p<0.01);IgM increased(p<0.05).IgG,IgAof the Moxibustion Zusanli Group has increased(p<0.05)compared with Contrast Group.Conclusion:(1). Moxibustion Zusanli and Sanyinjiao inhibited the decline of the immune function leading to exercise training and promote the recovery of immune function.(2) .The impact of the immune function decline by Moxibustion Sanyinjiao.aims to promote the restoration of the immune function.(3).Moxibustion Zusanli can promote the restoration of the immune function.(4).Among the moxibustion of three different interventions,the ability of improving immune function of Moxibustion Zusanli + Sanyinjiao Group is the strongest;the ability of improving immune function of Moxibustion Zusanli Group can be placed in the middle;the ability of improving immune function of Moxibustion Sanyinjiao Group is the weakest.
