【摘要】 在世界经济全球化的形势下,供应链管理理念发生了一系列深刻的变化,供应链管理作为企业管理的重要组成部分,它涉及各种企业及企业管理的方方面面,是一种跨行业的管理。采购是供应链管理中的一个重要环节。作为物流活动的起点,采购涵盖了从供应商到需求方间的货物、技术、信息或服务流动的全过程。好的采购管理将为企业大幅降低生产经营成本,创造利润。企业通过实施有效的计划、组织与控制等采购管理活动,合理选择采购方式、采购品种、采购批量、采购频率和采购地点,利用有限的资金使企业活动可以有效的开展,在降低企业成本、加速资金周转和提高企业经营质量等方面发挥着积极作用。本文将以港华公司的燃气工程为例,针对JIT采购在燃气行业中的应用进行系统研究,并形成一套完整的JIT采购管理方案应用到实际的燃气工程项目管理中,以指导燃气公司项目管理的顺利进行。本文首先介绍了JIT采购的现状及作用,对港华燃气公司的现有的采购管理方法及特点进行了简单论述。然后按照项目管理的方法,在以下几个方面对燃气工程项目管理中JIT采购进行论述:1、分析现有采购模式,制定燃气工程项目管理中JIT采购方法、组织结构、工作分解等。2、燃气公司JIT采购的实施。3、燃气工程JIT采购模式的风险。4、JIT采购的效果和评价。5、采购模式的改进。本文在研究过程中,针对项目管理中的关键环节进行了重点研究,并将JIT采购理论和方法应用到实际采购工作中,注重对实际工作的指导性和应用性,提出的方法和手段具有较强的实用性。论文中所列举方法和措施均在港华公司燃气工程项目管理中得到了较好的应用并取得了良好的效果。通过对燃气工程JIT采购管理方法的研究和总结,可以促进燃气行业项目管理水平的提高和方法的改进,并对同行业的采购工作具有较好的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the world economic globalization, the concept of supplying-chain management gets a series of profound changes. As an important part of enterprise management, supplying-chain not only involves in a variety of business and aspects of corporate governance but also is a cross-indurstry control. Procurement is a main point in supplying-chain management. As a starting point for logistic activities, procurement covers the entire process from suppliers to demands in freight technology, information or services. Good procurement management will substantially reduce the productions costs and create profits. Through the implementation of effective planning and the control of procurement management activities, enter prices can choose a reasonable procurement method, products, purchasing frequency and location By the way of limited funds, enterprises can effectively carry out activities, renduce costs and speed up cash flow and improve the quality of enterprise management , Taking CHINA-HONGKONG towngas project for example, this text will do research in JIT procurement.This text initially, introduces the current stains and effects of the JIT procure ment and simply discusses the existing procurement management methods and characteristies of the CHINA-HONGKONG towngas company. Then, with the methods of the project management, it discusses the fouoniny areas of gas engineering project management in JIT procurement on I analysis of existing procurement model and the development of gas engineering project management in JIT procurement methods such as the organizational structure and the work decompositionII the implementation of JIT purchasing in gas companiesIII risks in gas engineering model of JIT procurementIV effect and evalnation of JIT procurementV the improvement of the procurement model .This article, aiming at the key of project management, not only focuses on the theory and method of JIT procurement in order to apply to the actual procurement work, but also emphasises on practical work and the application of the guidance. The methods and measures listed in here have been applied, by the way of which, the CHINA-HONGKONG towngas company has achieved a better appliation and good results. With the researches and whclusions of JIT procurement management methods in gas engineering, I can promote the level of project management in gas industry and improve the procurement of the some profession in a good reference.更多还原
